Great View
Our first experience in PCB. We loved that we could see the gulf from the balcony. The condo itself is dated (stained white formica counters, chipped floor tile) but very clean and the location is excellent. The property staff were wonderful to work with when needed. We will be back!

Cozy apartment with some ocean view
Cozy apartment with a big balcony overlooking a small pond with turtles. The apartment is in the first building from the ocean, so you have a little ocean view from the balcony and living room. We and our small dachshund loved our stay.

Annual fall break trip
This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed in this unit. It has been beautifully upgraded since last year. The complex is amazing and an easy walk across the street to the beach. The kids enjoyed watching the turtles swim in the pond and the adults enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice place and close to the beach
A few things were broken , but all minor. Knob off of bathroom vanity, freezer bulb burnt out while we were there, bedroom nightstand door wasn’t attached , microwave #’s didn’t show. All minor stuff, no big deal . But very nice place !

Nice stay but needs some repairs
Check in process was easy. The complex, amenities and location are great. There were several things that needed to be addressed and when I called all the numbers I was given no one was available and never got a response to my voice mail. We were never able to access the WiFi. Overall I would stay there again.

Perfect vacation!!
Absolutely perfect location!! Close to the beach and tons of fun spots to eat. The rental had EVERYTHING we needed for the week. Check in was a breeze, not one single issue at all. Loved turtle watching every morning from our balcony!! Such a friendly community too. Can’t wait to book our trip for next year!!

Perfect vacation!
Condo was very clean and welcoming. After a long 13-hour drive, slipping into clean sheets that smelled freshly laundered was HEAVEN! My favorite spot was the balcony that looks out at the beach and the pond full of turtles. I had lots of family visit and stay the night and everyone was more than comfortable here. Pools are amazing and refreshing. I’d book this unit again!

Annual Beach Family Vacation
Condo was wonderful location especially the closeness to the beach entrance and good view of ponds on property and gulf. The turtles were entertaining for the kids. Condo was clean for the most part and spacious. Only mild complaint was that there was a lot of sand on the couches and quite a bit still on floor when we arrived especially under and around furniture, but overall great! would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay.
We had a great time. Positives things: large rooms and bedrooms were apart for more privacy. Location was good for us. Friendly elderly neighbors throughout the development. Amenities were as described...we loved the HOT hot tub. We did have a few issues with a bathroom that had not been cleaned properly and no wrist bands but we called management and that was handled in a fast and effective way. Negatives:twin beds are very awkward for adults to try to sleep in them. Kitchen pans need replacing. One towel per person is not adequate. Dryer needs to be replaced, it is very inefficient.

The good outweighed the minor bad inconveniences!
We loved staying in our Condo for 5 nights. We would definitely come back again!!! Soo close to the beach and simple walk over there. We had a water view from our balcony! 1. We could have used a map of the property so we could find the dumpsters and which pool was the heated one. 2. We also emailed a couple times trying to get the security code to get into the gated community and into the unit it self. When we arrived with out the codes, we called and they gave us the codes from Nov. we contacted maintenance and they gave us the right one. 3. The washing machine in our unit was not working so we had to go to a laundry mat to wash our laundry. Overall it was a wonderful experience, Thank you!!!

Overall okay
The unit is closest to beach access in complex. It has adequate appliances but plumbing is lacking updates. A toilet ran constantly and the main tub/shower drains so slowly it leaves you standing in ankle deep water. There was a dirty ashtray on the porch (rented as a nonsmoking unit). The back gate code we were given was wrong also. Having a washer/dryer was a plus and the AC was wonderful. Being pet friendly and having a designated area that was so close was truly appreciated. Overall yes we would return. Having a map of the complex and amenities would be extremely helpful especially regarding where to dispose of your trash.

Location and amenities are great. Short walk to the beach, nice clean pools and facility was nice. Upon arrival, everything looks nice, but after a first walk through, I was a little disappointed. 1. The washing machine is leaking water on the floor. 2. Bathroom exhaust fans are dusty/dirty. 3. Ceiling fans are dusty/dirty 4. Kitchen sink needs a new aerator. 5. Living room needs a complete, not broken blind. 6. Dust and dirt under and behind furniture. 7. Beach sand under all furniture cushions. 8. Mildew on the shower heads. 9. Inside kitchen cabinets not clean. Making repairs and a good "Deep Clean," the condo would get a much higher rating!

The condo was clean and everything we needed was provided. It was rather worn in spots and needs some updating. Our biggest complaint is the ad said it was beach front. We did face the beach but had to walk across the street. A picture that was shown in the ad showed the sand and beach like the condo was on the beach. I was told I would get an email to give me the door code but never received one. I had to call the day before our arrival. When we arrived we could not get in the gate. No one had told us we would need a code to enter the gate. Thank heavens there were some people leaving who told us a code to get in. We also had to pay $10 for arm bands to wear at all times on the condo grounds and for access to the beach. This seemed a ridiculous expense since we had to carry all our beach stuff across the street. There should have been no charge. It did have a nice balcony and our sweet dog loved watching people come and go.
