Wonderful

The condo was amazing! Clean, comfortable, updated and well stocked! The A/C worked very well and kept us comfortable after a day in the heat! Being on the first floor made elevator use optional which was nice during high usage times. The beach was spread out and not overly crowded. The included chair and umbrella service was nice to have. If we go back to Panama City Beach, we will definitely stay here again!!!

This is our second time to stay in this unit. Love everything about it. We give it 4 stars only because there are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. And it will I am sure. It just wasn’t during our stay even tho we reported it day 2 of our week long stay.

Pros: Communication with host was on point. No need for elevator, super comfy beds, spacious, beautiful, and great location to all pools. Cons: There was a weird laundry room smell from washer and master overlooks shower off from beach but not a deal breaker.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy beach and unit access! We’ve already booked it for next year - a first for us and can’t wait to come back!

Will Not Disappoint!

My husband, mother and myself rented this property for a relaxing vacation at the beach. When we arrived, everything was neat and clean, just as it was pictured on vrbo. There was more than enough room for us to move about and not be underfoot. The building and property were well cared for, plus our building had the fastest elevator ever! Easy, no-contact check-in was a breeze. We simply pulled up to the doors, grabbed a luggage cart, loaded it up, and off to our condo we went. We do wish there was covered parking, but that was no deal breaker because having a parking lot has its advantages as well. We would definitely stay again!!

High School friend girl’s week.

My friend chose Long Beach Resort after staying there for a month 15 years ago, in a different condo. I chose this beautiful condo we stayed in as it was well maintained, very Elegant & Modern which reminds me of mine & my husband’s home. Everything was as stated on VRBO. The only complaint I could come up with was only 1 roll of paper towels & a few rolls of toilet paper for the week. It get certainly wouldn’t stop me from going back though. The location was spot on we felt safe with it being a gated community & you needed a code to get off & on the beach. We did have to call the Police our 2nd evening there as we had a gentleman we feel were with other men a few floors to our right. He banged on the door a couple of times & mooned us thru the peep hole. Police department was very polite & took it very seriously. They had 4 car in the parking lot all night & security was so kind to always check on us. It was a great week other than the little scare. The beds were comfortable & the view outstanding. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at someone’s beautiful home away from home.
