Seabreeze Getaway

Our stay at the Origin was comfortable.•Check in / checkout was seamless.•The condo was clean and organized. •We especially liked the carts in garage. •we had good parking.•We liked the decor and each time we entered the unit it was as if we were returning to our home. The origin is the best place on the strip to stay at PCB!

Great!! I stay at the origin two times a year for the last three years and plan on staying there for years to come.

!We really enjoyed the condo and rented it for next year. The condo was well equipped with all that was needed. Especially after replacing the washer/dryer.. Thank You!! I would do one thing and that is replace the carpet. It really is dirty and once people spill sticky drinks, it is hard to get rid of that stain. See you next year!!

Overall great place to stay!

Condo was as listed! Only problem we had during our stay was not having linens for the pull out sofa to which I emailed and they had some delivered very quickly! Will definitely stay here again!

Not as clean as expected.

We enjoyed the property and it's location. I think the property could have been a little more clean. Especially being that it had dust around the baseboards in the bathroom specifically. There were also stains in the carpet that could have been removed.

The property was GREAT, the staff a nightmare. I and other guests held nightly sessions in the hot tub discussing various ways we were harassed by the staff. I have travelled all over the western hemisphere and never encountered such nitpicking of guests. For that reason alone, I and all those I spoke to will never come back.

Fantastic

The view was phenomenal . The room was clean . The staff was top notch they were very helpful and kind. It was easy to get to the room . The elevators were quick. The location was great . We will stay here again . The only thing I would change is I wasn’t crazy about the kind of arm bands they have , I like the rubber kind that is more easily removed when you need to . We stayed during the recent storms , it was an amazing view to watch the storms , so I would say good are bad weather this is the place . The Star Bucks they have is very close and they had great breakfast and lunch and of course coffee . The room also had a Keurig and a regular coffee pot . When you stay here you are very close to Pier Park and Wal-Mart and and easy access to the beach .

Nice central location.

Very clean and well appointed. Wish we'd been informed of the perks in the packet before we made our reservations for excursions. Lost out on some discounts and freebies. Maybe give the packet when one stops to fill out paperwork at the office or at least mention that then. They said we could probably check in early but even though the rental wasn't occupied prior to us, we still weren't allowed to check in until after 4. The refrigerator had been off and took 24 hours to fully reach operation temperature. All-in-all was a good stay with everything we needed. Bring some K-cups if you drink coffee...
