Lack of maintenance

The house could have been great with more maintenance. The pool was not maintained and turned green with a film all over the bottom. We let the property manager know of the issue and were promised it would be cleaned, it was not and we ended up leaving early and getting different accommodations as a pool for the kids was the main reason we rented the house. The property management company never acknowledged the issue or our early checkout. The lack of communication was really a bummer.Additionally the living room couch was way past its prime and was too dirty to sit on, leaving little sitting area at the house. The layout was fine.
