Great property, Super clean & spacious

Would definitely stay here again. The property was very clean, easy to access, a ton of room for 4 of us plus an infant. Only issue the entire trip was the TV and wifi went out for an extended period of time, but communication with rental manager was great and they sent someone out to look within ~30 minutes

Newly renovated and fabulous. Walk out the new sliding glass doors right to the porch or pool. Ideal for families or people seeking convenience to the pool or the beach! Enjoy beach front dining at Crabby Steves and shopping across the street! Best place ever!

My group of 5 ladies had a great stay! More could have fit easily and would also be great for family with kids. I’m so glad we chose to stay on the south side of 30A with such easy, close access to the beach. This unit was also right by the pool which was great. Beach service for chairs and umbrellas was great and helpful. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and fully loaded kitchen with ever utensil, appliance and bowl/plate/cup you could need! Will definitely remember this place for a next stay

Would stay again!

The ground floor right next to the pool access made the place feel even bigger. All of our neighbors had kids also so they would all play together in the large yard area. Access to the pool was great especially because our entire vacation was double red flag. The kids barely even noticed that we didn't play in the ocean very much because there was always so much activity at the pool. The Vacasa staff was so nice, the grounds and the property were all very clean. With seven people in our three bedroom unit, it could have felt cramped but it never did. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have a relaxing vacation!

Fantastic Condo and Location

This is an excellent condo. It is really nicer than the pictures. Much bigger feeling with comfortable furnishings, nice beds. Ground floor unit but on the end so pretty quiet and it was very nice to walk out for easy access to the pool and beach. Nice addition with the tennis and pickleball courts. In terms of location, the complex is right across from the the shops at Seacrest North and an easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary. The on-site bike rental was also a plus. Only issues we had were the bikes for the unit were hard to find and we did not get the bike code form the bike company until the second day. Also the sprinklers run off and on through most of the afternoon so as a ground floor unit be careful what you leave out on the balcony as they may get wet. All in all a fantastic unit and we plan to come back in the future.

Everything you need but reliable Wifi

We love this location for many reasons and this particular condo was in excellent shape, clean and check in and check out were seamless. The only issue is reliable wifi - unfortunately if you have to work on vacation this can be an issue. We were able to get a work around but it wasn’t a private wifi network and it disconnected frequently and we had to reboot several times on our own to get it to connect to the TVs. It didn’t ruin our trip - honestly the beach and pool and surroundings are lovely. But if the weather is bad for a period of time, you will notice the Wi-Fi issues especially since cellular service is spotty in the condo. The Vacasa office was somewhat helpful in trying to fix it but sort of threw up their hands on a solution. A second email I sent about issues on day 3 was not returned. We were leaving on Day 4 so I didn’t pursue it.

We stayed over Labor Day Weekend and enjoyed the convenience of the condo. We could walk right out to the pool and the beach was a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable as well.
