Good for the money
Overall, pretty satisfied. Did have issues with plumbing fixtures requiring repair. Responded quickly and resolved issue. The washer/dryer could definitely be replaced - there’s rust on/in the dryer and vent. Check-in was easy and communication was also great. Location is convenient to everything.

Great oceanfront property
Great place for a quick family getaway! Proximity to Pier Park was a very nice bonus, We left the car in the parking garage most of the stay. Very clean and well kept place. Thanks again!

Excellent stay!
This was a fantastic experience for the 6 members of our family. The views from the apartment are gorgeous! Saw the sunset from our balcony every day. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pots and pans. The only thing is that the 3rd bedroom is tiny. But we made it work.

Beautiful view of ocean, property was very nice . Thought we would have a long elevator wait, but not at all . Really enjoyed this property, I’ve never stayed in a rental before, we always did hotels. But after our experience here, that all has changed. We had plenty of room , it was very comfortable.

The 3bdrm was beautifully decorated and clean. It is in a great location. Parking garage was nice and easy. Beach was very clean. Definitely would stay in this condo again.

Great condo with an amazing view!
This was our first time to stay at Calypso. We were on the 20th floor and the view was amazing! I was worried the elevators would be slow, but we never waited over 5 minutes. There are 2 pools so plenty of room to stretch out. And, the beach service chairs are a great plus! Great location and within walking distance to Pier Park!

Great view. Great location. Short walk to Pier Park, a huge plus! Everything we needed was in short walking distance. Manager went out of their way to get us an extra parking pass. Great time, in PCB.

The home was nice. The location was great,close to the pier park. the home was dirty. The sheet had not been changed in the master bedroom. im not sure about the other bedrooms. The tubs would not drain while taking showers. I tried getting in touch with maintenance but just got the answer machine.(on Saturday night) I got a call back but I didn't receive the call.I tried to call back but got the answer machaine again. The shower rod was just sitting on the shower base so it would fall off. there were a lot of hair in the master bathroom from the previous guest. This lead me to believe the bathroom may have not been cleaned either.

This is a brand new condo.. BRAND NEW. The sheets were brand new in this condo, we opened them and put them on the bed ourselves before your stay, literally had to dry them to get the wrinkles to release.. We personally did this.. THE DAY YOU ARRIVED. The bathrooms were cleaned and were glistening when you arrived. You chose to call our office with your issue at 10pm on a Saturday night of the 4th of July. We responded to your call within 20 minutes of the office opening Sunday morning with a shower curtain rod (again.. brand new unit.. not sure what happened to the curtain rod?) and cleared the drain that you claimed was slow in draining. . We respond promptly to our guests, over 1200 - 5 star reviews say so.. We instructed you to call the office between 9-6 and then for non emergency items to email us.. You chose to leave a message and we responded immediately the next business day. This condo far exceeds your 3 star review and quite frankly I would have been ashamed to put that on there. But, that's me.

Perfect location
We had a great stay at this condo and would rent again. We have stayed at Calypso several times and love that it is so close to Pier Park, it’s the only condo truly in walking distance. We have stayed at others that advertise “walking distance” but with kids a mile is not within range. At calypso we was able to walk to pier park for ice cream several nights. The condo itself was just renovated and had nice beds and couches. It was supplied with nice kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. The only reason I gave a 3 on accuracy was because when we rented it had a twin bunk listed which is what we needed but was renovated after my booking and the bunk was replaced with a full bed. The listing is now accurate.
