Very nice rental
We really enjoyed this rental and it had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pics online were very accurate and the upper level porch had a great view of the gulf. The property is well maintained and very clean. There were issues with the ac unit that were handled right away by the property owner and we didn't have any troubles with the temperature of the house after that. The owner was very friendly as well

Great PCB house!
Pros: Great location to pier park, easy access to the beach, very dog friendly with multiple relief areas, Nice house overall with great amenities (towels, bedding, toiletries) Cons: the apartments beside the house were rough with people coming and going at all hours, construction traffic(finished construction on our last day there) on the new house right behind this house made it difficult to get in and out of the driveway for all the trucks parked in the road.

PCB Getaway
Our stay at this Property was great! We went to PCB for my wife's b-day, and everyone loved this place. Our main interest was the beach, so it's hard to beat...2 minute walk! They were doing a lot of road repairs while we were there. But, I think that's about normal for the area. If I had one concern, it would be the house cleaning service. In my opinion, they are not up to an acceptable standard, (no fault of the owners). We did voice our concerns, if it was my home I would want to know as well. Other than that, we had one small issue when we arrived, but the owners rectified the problem asap. After that all was great, we would love to return! Eva and Chris, you guys were awesome, Thanks!

Great view, beach access and location!
The house has a beautiful view, beach access just across the road, and a short easy walk to pier, restaurants, and shops. We did not use the pool but it was close and never crowded. I messaged the owner a couple times and received replies very quickly. We found plenty of beach toys, chairs, and beach cart in the garage. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Gas grill worked well for food from Buddy’s seafood market. There are a lot of stairs as the kitchen/dining/living room is on the third floor, but we expected that and gave us more exercise. Only issue we had was the ice-maker had a hole in the bottom so we used a plastic pitcher to catch the ice. I notified the owner and they said they would be ordering a new part. We saw dolphins and stingrays daily from the beach. The kids found sharks teeth, hermit crabs, ghost crabs, and shells and we caught some fish. Overall a great trip and would definitely go back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with our family!

Good location and views
Property is in a pretty good location, walking distance to Pier Park and Dusty’s. And right across the street from an uncrowded beach access. The house was pretty clean, not great. The A/C vents and ceiling fans were covered in what appeared to be a nice coating of dust, and we found the coffee pot to need a good scrubbing before it seemed it was clean enough to use. And the ice bin in the freezer had a hole in the bottom. This meant placing a bowl under the bin and manually turning the ice function off and on. There was an issue with the washer and dryer, they quit working when the washer was full of water. This was quickly addressed by calling Eve. I believe she answered the phone before I even finished dialing her number! Very responsive. FYI, their is an additional breaker box outside the house, under the electrical meter. Resetting the breaker took care of the issue. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. No complaints. The view from the third floor balcony was a bit better than I expected. The house in front of this one does partially block the views, but view does allow for some pretty great sunsets. I would like to return someday.

Relaxing
Me and my family enjoyed our vacation very much. House was nice very roomy for two teenage boys my father in law and husband. The steps were a bit much for 84 year old considering kitchen/living area is on 3rd floor. Could use a little update like maybe a keurig lol area was perfect; very short walk to beach and all shops and restaurants were close. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We love this property and the location but needs to be up dated and needs to cleaned a little bit better but overall I love where it sit at because of the dog beach. 🐕

Family Time
Perfect for our family of 6 and a baby. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Great location for beach and pier park. Third floor balcony gives you nice view of the beach, pier and sunsets. Kitchen was well equipped. We all felt at home and comfortable. Cons: If you don’t like stairs stay away! Property is 3 floors. There are two very long staircases you have to climb to get to main living room/kitchen. We all definitely got a workout during the week going up and down. 🤣 There was some visible storm damage to exterior of property - facia and fencing. Islands between drives need to be landscaped -just big sand pits. None of this affected our stay. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Ideal Location in PCB
We enjoyed our stay at Lullwater Beach. The location can't be beat, across the street from the sugary sand beach. We walked everywhere and Pier Park is literally steps from your back door with shopping, restaurants, a D+B, Movie theater, and great people watching. In terms of the property, the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of pots/pans, glassware, and a nice dishwasher. The kitchen is on the top floor of the three floor townhouse with our favorite spot: a private deck with views of the ocean. It gets plenty of sun as each unit is standalone. Things were nice and quiet at night and the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and comfortable. It has a smaller garage that is well equipped with fun beach chairs, toys, and a really nice grill that we used almost every night. Our rented Toyota Highlander barely fit in the garage, so don't rent a larger SUV/car or it certainly won't fit. Unfortunately, the garage door spring broke just before our stay but the owner was very responsive, sending over a repair man same-day! Overall, would highly recommend this property for friends, family, pets, just about anybody! Soak in the Florida sun!

Paradise is accurate.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is directly across the beach with 3 public beach access points in very close proximity, 1 directly across the street. We enjoyed the ability to walk to Pier Park for shopping and food. The beds are very comfortable and each room had cable access. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, and accessories you will need. Finally, the garage is full of all the beach supplies you could ask for and a cart to pull it all.

The home was perfect. It had everything we needed to feel at home. It also has everything you need for the beach. The stairs were a lot but we got use to it. Eve was amazing from beginning of making the reservation to checking out. Would I stay at this place again? HELL YEAH I WOULD. Only recommendation would to bring your own beach towels. Thank God we did. We loved having the pier walking distance as well as restaurants. We did try to go to Dustys but it was always packed. Next time. We did do the dolphin /snorkel catamaran as an excursion and it was super fun. Highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning to PCB in the near future.

Great area
My biggest concern visiting PCB was the crowds. This property is situated perfectly. You can easily get a spot on the beach away from the crowds. If you want access to restaurants and shops you can walk a couple of blocks and reach a huge variety at Pier Park. Our favorite restaurant was Dusty’s Oyster Bar which is within a block of the property. The house is well equipped providing a beach cart, umbrella and chairs along with beach toys. The stairs were tiring but if you plan on spending most of your time at the beach this isn’t an issue. PCB is a party town with loud cars cruising the main streets. You can’t avoid that noise no matter where you stay. This house was wonderful.

Could not have asked for a better location. Super easy walk to beach. 3 minute walk to pier park. Dog beach right across street. Beach not crowded at all. Only complaint is this house is right next door to a long term rental motel/apartments? And people were always outside and very loud. Wasn’t enough to keep us from having fun

Lots of stairs
There were many more stairs than anticipated. Floors never felt clean, and we only went to the beach twice in 9 days we were there. Otherwise, it was nice. Garage is small! We could not fit a minivan in it. 😞

Family Trip
We had a great time staying at this house. The location is perfect. You’re within walking distance to pier park, dog beach, Dusty’s Oyster bar, plus more! The house was well stocked with everything you would need including a gas grill! We loved having a private bathroom in each bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice location and plenty of room for family
We liked having bathrooms for all the bedrooms. It was a great place to stay with kids. Good walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Upper level is great place to hang out as family with kitchen, living room, and balcony. Owner was very responsive to questions.

The only thing I can say bad was one of the bedrooms Needed lightbulbs just had one little lamp beside the bed. Do what now I’m brightness for other peopl needed lightbulbs just had one little lamp beside the bed. Otherwise than that it was very clean, have plenty of cooking utensils, and even had things for the kids to play with on the beach.

Spring Break 2019
Cheerful place and time together this was the perfect place for a large family to enjoy. Breakfast in the large dining, LR, area; perfect to start day before beach and evening walking to dinner. Really loved the space and 3.5 baths really helped. Although we had a few cooler and some rain; the garage became epic hang out. We did bring extra gates but happy some already there; 2 toddlers that have no fear. haha. Rented boat, golf cart and adventures in area so much to do within short distance. Perfect family area would recommend.

Great location, right in the middle of all the PCB action.
We stayed 6 weeks. Settled right in. I love that the cottage has a private double garage. There's lots of room and the location could not be any better. Pier Park is a three minute walk. The cottage is well-equipped for all needs. Great walking trails just outside the door to the north. We enjoyed music festivals, courses at the local college, a vintage car show, Mardi Gras and the New Year's bash. There is so much to do and then there's the beach! Highly recommended. The only compliant is noise from some idiots driving on Front Beach Road.

Nice escape from the hurricane damage across the bridge
The home has great views & it’s right across doggie beach & only a 5 minute walk to Pier Park restaurants. It was nice to escape to a home that didn’t have any hurricane damages.
