Very nice condo and very nice view off the balcony! Elevators take some time depending on the time of day but overall great place and convenient to the beach.

I stayed last year and absolutely loved it. This year I was on the top floor it seemed like you had to wait forever for the elevator to come. There was no furniture on the balcony so you couldn’t just relax out side. It has turned into a big party scene I guess if that’s your type of thing then you would like it. The beach closes at night which sucks. I will be going some where else next year.

Amazing views from 21st floor.

View was amazing from the balcony, short walk to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals with. Some of the outlets did not work. We forgot to bring a hair dryer and the one that was on the wall when turned on smelt burnt so that was a bummer. Be prepared to wait for elevators after 9am.

Great place in PCB!!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our VRBO home in Panama City Beach at The Laketown Whatf! It was close to everything we wanted to do, beach access was close and easy to get to, and they had so many great amenities available! Thanks for the great stay!

Good place to stay

Nice, clean place to stay. Large space with plenty of room. Within walking distance of beach and Pineapple Willy’s. Only complaint is that the refrigerator did not cool as well as we had hoped. Overall great place to vacation.

Super clean condo, exactly how it was listed in photos. We enjoyed all of the pools and it was super convenient to alot if restaurants and things to do! Deffintley would stay here again

Honeymoon

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at. The pools were all amazing, walking distance to the beach, peaceful, quiet, close to stores, and to food. Easy check in and out. It was a wonderful honeymoon.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and nice, nicer than the pictures look even. The elevators were a bit of an issue during peak times of the day but it worked out ok. Definitely worth the stay and the view.

Excellent Stay!

This place was absolutely perfect. The views are awesome from the shared balcony at the front entrance and especially from the private balcony off the living room. The room was completely clean and well put together. The pictures didn't lie. Check in and checkout was easy. We loved the huge TVs and enjoyed being able to cook and relax. The huge king bed was extra comfortable and had me feeling like I was floating. I would definitely rent again.

The high life at high tide

We had a wonderful experience at 2117 “high tide”. The unit was tastefully decorated and the view from the balcony was unbelievable. Although Laketown Wharf isn’t located on the beach it is closer to the beach than some properties actually located on it. There are a number of restaurants located on the premises including a poolside bar and grill. Four pools, a kiddie pool, and a spacious fitness center round out the amenities. Laketown Wharf is sure to please!

Great stay

We loved how clean this property was. It felt much bigger than the pictures showed and we loved the location. The only downfall was the elevators. Since it is on the 21st floor, trying to get down and up was a struggle some days. Especially on beach days when everyone was out and about. At one point we waited 35 minutes to go down, some friends even took the stairs they got so frustrated 😬 Other than that, the room is wonderful and the property is very spacious and clean.

Beautiful Views - parking not included

This property is great! It has lots of outdoor space and pools, on-site restaurants, and access to the beach is across the street from the condo. The condo and kitchen are spacious, even with our three kids. It’s beautifully renovated with calming colors, but the show-stopper is the amazing view from the balcony. I rated this as a 4 star rather than 5 for two reasons. The first because the listing on VRBO indicates parking is included in the cost, but we were required to pay for parking ~$60 upon check-in. When I asked the host about it, the only response I got was to the effect of we have no control over that. I believe this was a recent policy change (2/1/22) by the condominium, but the listing should be accurate and excellent customer service would have comped the parking. Secondly, there was a towel left from the previous guest behind the bedroom door. Everything else seemed adequately cleaned, however. I believe this is a new listing, and am hopeful these are just a few kinks that will be worked out for such a lovely place.

Patio door did not lock. Air condition was so loud and toilets ran 24/7.

Pros: The pictures were accurate. It was clean, well decorated and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. Cons: Huge safety concern. The sliding door in the living room, which leads to the balcony on the 21st floor did not lock. To feel safe with toddlers I had to move furniture in front of the door at night so they wouldn’t wake up and go out there. The AC unit which is right across from the bunk beds made a terrible noise when it went off and on waking everyone up multiple times per night. By the third night we just turned it off because we would rather be hot than exhausted. Both toilets in the bathrooms constantly ran with water. My husband took the back off and tried to fix it but the valving mechanism was broken into multiple pieces. The dryer was just venting into the laundry room and not outside. It took 2 cycles to dry even a small load of clothes. The cleaning people only put fitted sheets on the bed and left the flat sheets laying on the bed for you to put on yourself.
