3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom townhome with free parking! Perfect to kick back with friends and family. Newly furnished; decorated with beautiful emerald coast colors. The open kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the stylish living room with a new sleeper sofa and a big dining room table. Upstairs you can find a master BD w/king bed with its own bathroom, a guest room with a queen-size bed, a bunk room, and a full bathroom. Outside seating and grill. The home has a one car parking garage, and a driveway that can fit 2 SUVS.

Nearby attractions:
Zoo world, Pirates Adventure Golf, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun, MB Miller county Pier and Ship Wreck Island, St. Andrews State Park.

This modern townhome is only a 10-minute drive to public beach access with ample parking, showers, bathrooms and food. Airport is about a 30 minute drive.
