讚好：整潔度
Pretty place and location to the beach is nice. We liked the beach service and pools were nice too. An elevator was stuck when we arrived and the fire department was there to get people out of it. The listing should state that parking is not included and is extra. This is the first VRBO I’ve stayed in that required an additional parking fee. Once I reserved and paid, a contract was sent to me that told of the parking fee. A friend staying at Pinnacle Port at the same time did not have to purchase parking for her unit, so be aware parking is extra for this particular unit. Our unit was missing bar soap in the bathrooms so we got our own at Publix. The fridge shelf was broken and management offered to send someone early the next morning, but we wanted to sleep in and I didn’t want a stranger in while we were there. When we opened the sofa bed to use it, goldfish crackers fell out everywhere. We swept it all up, but maybe cleaning does a better job next time. The management company was very pleasant and responsive. Overall, I would stay at Pinnacle Port again and I’d definitely checkout Dragonfly properties again.
