Perfect PCB Stay - Ideal for Beach Days & World Series Baseball

Whether you're here for a relaxing beach vacation or in town for the World Series baseball tournaments, this Vacasa rental is in the perfect location—central to both local ballparks and just steps from the beach. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything our family of 5 needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and everything from restaurants to attractions was close by. Smooth check-in and great communication made it even better. We’d definitely stay again!

Disappointing

We have been staying at gulf highlands for about 14 years now and we stay at different condos each time to experience different ones. This was the most disappointing one we have stayed at. There was a pair of panties behind the night stand so it twlls me the cleaning was sub par. Also very minium cooking items and the washer and dryer were wonky and hard to wash clothes. The water pressure in the one shower was almost non existent. Definitely will make sure we dont stay in this condo ever again!

Horrible

Oven didn’t work trash everywhere the unit wasn’t clean didn’t even have clean towels they where in the washer. Cabinets where broke it looked nothing like the picture. Just over all horrible vacation it was just a uncomfortable place to stay didn’t feel like vacation

Vacation

It was ok for the money , it needs more supplies like dishes and a blender , the sheets and towels were left outside on the washer and the bag of toilet paper was left outside

Autum stay

The home is in a great location. The home was clean and accessible. The home is outdated and needs to be upgraded though. I had to buy a broom to sweep the floor after cooking breakfast. Other then that, we had an awesome stayed.

Great location, plenty of room

The property had convenient beach access and plenty of amenities for our family. We had friendly neighbors and an overall wonderful time.

Excellent stay

We have 4 boys so this was ideal. The place was clean, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and the location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a perfect central location. The place is lived in, but clean and well kept. Everything worked except a burnt out back light and no extra trash bags, Lol! We really enjoyed our stay and are looking at going back again next Spring!

Disappointing

When we opened the door to enter all we could smell was grease. The cutlery was minimal and we had to ask for more. I had to buy bowls and glasses. There was only 1 bowl. The fridge leaked and had to be mopped up at the bottom every second day and the toilet was leaking, so we looked into the toilet tank to find an extreme mold situation. We repaired the toilet and had to clean the mold. The kitchen and bathroom are used to death. The vacation was quite disappointing. In retrospect when we reported the issues, Robin the Vacasa Rep. Was very helpful. The unit does not have Wifi so we had to rent it from WOW.

Great place with a short walk to the beach!

Great place to stay! Minutes from the beach! The home was just as expected. I cooked breakfast and dinner every day and had all I needed. Toys, chairs, putters, racquets, were a plus. When I had a question, it was answered within minutes.

Me and my kids absolutely loved the townhouse we stayed in.

Everything was great, although we stay out doing activities most of the time, the townhouse was exactly the way it look on preview , I will be booking with them in near future.

Very close to the beach, comfortable but in need of some upgrades

The house is just like the pictures. It needs a carpet cleaning ASAP and the grill will need to be replaced, it is super rusty and it is unhealthy for use. The outside furniture also is in a desperate need for an upgrade. I like that it is very close from the beach and also close to main stores like Walmart or Walgreen's. It was very comfortable and all the amenities worked just fine. I know the summer may be the busiest time but the house needs some deep cleaning, some paint and outside furniture upgrade.

PCB Condo

We stayed at this condo in April 2017. This condo needs some TLC. Needs painting & updating. Furniture & beds were fine, pillows were terrible. It had not been cleaned well- there was hair on the shower/tub wall. Glasses & silverware were dirty & had to be washed before use ( there was lipstick/chapstick on one glass & debris in a few others). Appliances are old but work fine. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance.

The place was enough space for a family of 6 and close to everything. We loved our stay!

Nice quiet neighborhood, pool within feet, and near everything. The townhouse had items from soap to detergent. There were even beach toys the kids enjoyed and a grill for my husband. Little things make our day so, whereas it might not be a big deal to the next, we def appreciate it.

Clean, but a few issues.

Had a little trouble getting in. No emergency contact info after 5:00. Managed to get in, place was well equipped. The arm of one of the recliner was broken however. Quite a bit of a hike to the beach and no WiFi available in the unit (first VRBO rental that didn't include WiFi.
