Carillon Beach offers the largest private, guarded, and gated beach on the Emerald Coast with nearly a mile of private beach. The idyllic neighborhood offers picturesque tree lined streets, walking trails, private lake, and access to Lake Powell, the largest dune lake in the world. The neighborhood features 3 pools, including a gulf front pool and cabana and the Parkside pool area that includes tennis, playground, pickelball, basketball, and Heated Pool. Morning Light is located directly across from the park, with views over the pool and play area, giving it one of the most desirable locations within Carillon.

Downtown Market area: located in downtown Carillon is the adorable village of Carillon. 3 Restaurants including our personal favorite "The little beach Cafe", several shops, yoga studio, fitness center, Wine Bar, Bike Rentals and Carillon Market. You can stay in and literally never leave if you choose to do so.

Carillon Beach is located on The Walton/ Bay County line on Lake Powell. It is 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach and 7 Miles west of Pier Park. The area is never crowded, and you have 2 Grocery stores within one block so supplies are never a problem. It's the PERFECT location to escape the crowds yet be close to the action.

Carillon HOA requires a 35.00 parking pass for each vehicle for the week.
