Guests have access to the entire condo and private balcony. The complex has a shared pool. Public beach access is located across the street! There are NO elevators on this property and we are located on the 3rd floor.
Other things to note
We ask that the reservation be made by a person who is 25 or older. This person must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay.
*To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly require guests to submit a photo of a valid ID as part of our standard screening process.* We have a Ring Doorbell camera outside of the front door.
**WEATHER**
This home is located on the Gulf of America, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order.
**PARKING**
Guests will be given one parking pass once they check in. This parking pass was included in your booking as a $10 management fee. This pass needs to be kept visible in your vehicle at all times and returned to the condo before you leave.
