Pleasant stay

Place was in perfect location for our two day stay for deep sea fishing. Pricing was better the area hotel/motels in the area. Very pleased with our stay.

Great place!

This was a perfect place for me and my 3 kids, it’s right on the beach with easy access, the staff was very nice and informative. The room was clean and organized with everything we needed for our stay and some extras. Would 100% stay here again!

Communication was great before&during the trip. Housekeeping was good as expected when arrived. Room was very welcoming and instructions during stay were helpful that were posted in the room. 10/10 would book this room again.

Heaven Away from home

This was an amazing place to stay! As if we were in heaven!! It was perfect! The view, the atmosphere, the people were so friendly! This room even offers beach chairs, has games for your room and everything you need for a stay!!! I absolutely enjoyed our time and the ease of placement of all the info to make our stay extremely comfortable and easy!! Will definitely stay here again and recommend Vacasa & this specific room to all my TENNESSEE FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!

Clean Condo

The place is nice. The pictures of our "ocean view" were very misleading. We had one window that barely overlooked the ocean. We were told it was okay to bring a trailer, but when we got there they almost towed our truck in the middle of the night. The room was nice and it was in a good area.

708 was very nice. Just like the pictures! Everything was clean and pristine. Instructions were very clear for everything in the room. The property is great & registration was quick and easy. The pool and hot tub was crystal clear. Access and walk to the beach was short. Snack bar was open and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back to Top of the Gulf 708!

Perfect Room

From the time when we arrived to the time we checked out was amazing. The room cleanliness was perfect easy check in they even had chairs for us to take to the beach and sit in. The swimming pool was amazing was never to crowded to swim and it was easy to use the elevators by it being 4th of July weekend. I would definitely reserve this room again in the future. 10/10

Honestly, we didn’t see the pool or beach. The weather was yuck and we were in town for softball anyway. It was a great place for the price and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. It was quiet and away from the busier area. I would stay in the unit again.

The rental experience was great. No issues with getting in. The bathroom sink was clogging and the shower had hair and it was not clean.

Beachfront Condo facing parking lots

I thought I was dealing with VRBO which I’ve had good experiences and not Vacasa whom I swore never to rent from again with my bad experience just this past winter. They rented us a “posted uninhabitable” ski chalet property completely abandoning us in the NC mountains. This time it was an overpriced parking lot view Condo on PCB. Let me know if it’s Vacasa or I lease with someone else!

Terrible room

Both kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged and water didn't drain. Maintenance came but couldn't fix it. We contacted customer service but no one came to fix it after that. We had to spend the night without being able to use the sink and experienced the worst short gateway.
