PCB Beach Escape, King, Bunks + 2 Full Baths, Summit Resort

Welcome to your Panama City Beach getaway at The Summit! This 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfortable home base for beach days, poolside relaxation, and everything PCB has to offer.
The condo features a King bed in the private bedroom and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed in the hallway, making it a great option for couples and small families. Two full bathrooms provide added convenience, while an in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays and beach vacations easier.
Guests can enjoy an impressive selection of resort amenities, including two swimming pools, one heated seasonally, a kiddie pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, game room, and convenient on-site dining and shopping. Grab a casual bite at Bikini Bob`s, relax with a drink at the Tiki Bar, or stop by the on-site convenience store without having to leave the resort.
Whether you`re spending the day along the Gulf, relaxing by the pool, or exploring Panama City Beach, this condo puts you in a convenient location for your next coastal getaway.

Please Note: The Summit charges a separate $27 resort fee, it covers your arm bands and parking pass. If you need additional parking passes, they are $27 each with a limit of 2 per stay. This fee is not included in the reservation total and is paid separately as required by the resort.
WRISTBANDS AND PARKING
Wristbands must be worn or displayed by all guest age 5 and up. Parking Passes must be displayed in a Vehicles front Windshield.

AGE & PRIMARY GUEST
The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must remain at the property for the entire reservation. The person making the reservation may not book on behalf of another group.

REGISTERED GUESTS & OCCUPANCY
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property. The total number of occupants may not exceed the property`s maximum occupancy. Please notify Ocean`s Door Getaways before arrival of any changes to your guest count.

NO PETS
Pets are not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing by Ocean`s Door Getaways. This rule does not limit accommodations required by applicable law for service animals.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property. Guests are responsible for additional cleaning, deodorizing, or remediation costs resulting from a violation.

QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORS
Please respect our neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or disturbances that interfere with neighboring properties are prohibited.

PARTIES, EVENTS & GATHERINGS
Parties, receptions, weddings, or other events involving individuals beyond the registered guest group are not permitted without prior written approval from Ocean`s Door Getaways.

If an event is approved, additional requirements may apply, including event fees, deposits, occupancy restrictions, vendor requirements, and event liability insurance naming the parties specified by Ocean`s Door Getaways as additional insureds.

VEHICLES, TRAILERS & RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
Boats, personal watercraft, trailers, campers, buses, RVs, and similar recreational or oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property unless specifically authorized in writing.

BALCONIES, TERRACES & EXTERIOR AREAS
Do not hang towels, clothing, rugs, or other items from balconies, railings, terraces, or exterior stairways. Rugs and household items may not be shaken or cleaned from these areas. Cooking or grilling on balconies, terraces, stairways, or other areas where prohibited is not permitted.

IDENTITY & GUEST VERIFICATION
The primary reservation holder may be required to complete identity and guest verification through Truvi, our third-party guest verification provider, prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required. Failure to complete required verification may delay or prevent check-in.

PROPERTY CARE
Guests are expected to treat the home, furnishings, appliances, and amenities with reasonable care. Please report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance concern to Ocean`s Door Getaways promptly. Guests may be responsible for damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by their party, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.

NO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY
Guests may not enter the property before the authorized check-in time or remain after the authorized checkout time without prior written approval from Ocean`s Door Getaways.

COMMUNITY & PROPERTY RULES
All guests must comply with these House Rules, the signed Rental Agreement, applicable community/HOA rules, posted property rules, and applicable laws and regulations.

RULE VIOLATIONS & INSPECTIONS
Reports of significant rule violations, excessive noise, unauthorized parties or occupants, property damage, unlawful activity, or other circumstances reasonably indicating a violation may result in Ocean`s Door Getaways contacting the primary guest and, when reasonably necessary and permitted under the Rental Agreement and applicable law, inspecting the property.

If immediate guest cooperation is required, the primary guest must respond promptly and, when requested, meet with an Ocean`s Door Getaways representative within 30 minutes of notice.

Serious or repeated violations, failure to correct a violation after notice, or failure to cooperate may result in termination of the stay and removal from the property, subject to the Rental Agreement, booking platform requirements, and applicable law. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to those terms.

FEES & CHARGES
Guests may be responsible for additional charges resulting from rule violations, damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorized occupants, unauthorized early arrival or late departure, or other chargeable circumstances described in the Rental Agreement. Applicable taxes may also apply.

CONDITION OF OCCUPANCY
Compliance with the House Rules and Rental Agreement is a condition of occupancy. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that everyone in their party understands and follows these requirements.

DO NOT DISABLE SAFETY OR MONITORING DEVICES
Guests may not tamper with, cover, disconnect, remove, or disable smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security devices, noise-monitoring devices, smart-home equipment, HVAC controls, or other safety/property-protection equipment.

MAINTENANCE & EMERGENCY ACCESS
Ocean`s Door Getaways and authorized vendors may enter the property when reasonably necessary for emergency repairs, life-safety concerns, required inspections, or urgent maintenance. For non-emergency matters, reasonable notice will be provided when practicable.

DOORS & HVAC
Exterior doors and windows should remain closed while the HVAC system is operating. Do not tamper with thermostats or HVAC safety devices.

TRASH & CLEANLINESS
Trash must be placed in designated containers and disposal areas. Do not pour grease, oil, food, or other inappropriate materials into sinks, toilets, or drains.
