Family getaway

Our family of 10 stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. Great location, close to lots of activities and beaches. The property manager was GREAT! Very responsive to our questions. We loved having the private pool.

Excellent property

Recent stay at this listing was great! Property manager is top notch and went above & beyond. Centrally located, but out of the way just enough to stay out of the crazy traffic. Having a private pool & grill was one of our high priorities, so this property definitely checked those boxes. Would highly recommend this property!...oh and did I mention that the property manager is fabulous! She truly helped to make our stay memorable and quite enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Mist Chic. The house looks like the pictures with the exception of the back yard in which they now have 4 lounge chairs and a large outdoor dining table, which was more feasible for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and plenty of dishes for all of us (group of 10). Loved the outdoor shower for coming in from the beach to the pool. We had a hiccup early on with a couple things, but the management company responded quickly and did their best to fix stuff. They were very responsive. Additionally, they were accommodating, friendly, polite, and answered questions about the area. There is a Publix a few blocks up and about 10 mins away from Pier Park with every store you need. You do need to cross 30A to walk to the beach which would be tricky without a car, but luckily we didn’t need to walk. A very nice public access beach with parking was a 6 minute drive. Good location – not on the beach but close enough. And only a few miles from Rosemary Beach town and Alys Beach town which are definitely worth a visit. Overall, we had a great stay!
