Great!

We really enjoyed this property and will definitely stay again! SUPER quick walk to the beach. Far enough away from the busyness to be quiet, but close enough to do whatever we wanted. Everything was so clean and well kept and furniture super comfy. Property management company was great to deal with as well. Highly recommend!

Very close to beautiful beach.

We would definitely stay here again. Some features like beds and bathrooms have been updated recently. Dining room furniture could be in better repair. The House is a bit sparsely decorated. But we came here to spend most of the time outside. The master bedroom balcony was an added bonus to watch the sun rise in the mornings and relax after the beach. A large trunk on the outside contained a chair and large umbrella and a few shovels that the boys enjoyed digging with on the beach v The property management was very friendly in email communications. Overall we enjoyed the week in this house.

Enjoyable Stay

We weren’t sure where we were staying but once we found it we were very happy. We’re in hour 60s and the stairs were the only drawback. Very inviting place

Great beach trip

Just a 2 min walk to be on the beach. We were literally 1 block to cross the road and be on beach access. We used the outdoor shower every day to keep the sand from getting on everything and loved that there were umbrellas and chairs in the back area bench for use every day. I hope this place will see us again!

Nice, cute clean place that is a short walk from the ocean. Check In was well organized and easy. It worked well for what we needed which was a place to sleep, cook and eat that was close to the ocean.

Excellent space. Excellent communication.

We didn't go to PCB for the normal vacation. We went for the early arrival of my grandchild who was planned to be born in our home state. He wanted to be a Floridian instead! My daughter and SIL live in the Sunnyside area, just a mile away from this condo. We were booking during the several hours drive down. Easy enough. However, they did a follow up call. I gave them our predicament of also needing it for THAT NIGHT if possible. They made it happen. To our surprise, we arrived late to a gift and card with a congratulations! How thoughtful and kind ! Upon leaving, I left my wifi Hotspot used for work in error. They were super gracious in getting it back to me. They answered the phone every time I called and were so very pleasant and took care of us. Thanks to all there who made the trip so easy and home like. Super nice place, super clean and spacious and excellent care - and thoughtful. We especially enjoyed the private back patio to relax. Much appreciated to the staff !

Great property, bring supplies

The home was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Easy access to the beach, low crowds, but close to fun things to do. The beds were comfortable. Just be prepared to bring extra supplies such as trash bags (only one was supplied), paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

Family vacation

I would not rent again. Kitchen items are very limited even though people have made complaints. The bed in the master room and one of the beds in the second room are very noisy you can not move an inch without them making very loud noises.

Best place ever

This was the perfect little place for our family and we'll definitely be returning to this exact place! The only missing items needed is a grill, a tv in extra bedroom for the kids and a few kitchen items. We bought our TV from home for the little one and purchased the items needed in kitchen. There is a shortage problem with dryer not workingbbut other than that....wonderful!!!! The location was great for us since it was away from noise and businesses that were entertaining tourists. The walk to the beach is not even 5 minutes!!!! We rented a golf cart to get around which made this vacation even better! Love it!!!! And customer service was awesome!

Great stay for the price

Place was extremely clean, updated. Kitchen had all we needed. Great having full laundry, only downside was the blinds were broken so the sun came in early And also the Tv was complicated! But it’s extremely short walk to the beach and close to most anything you would want To do. The store near by had all we needed. It was great! We will deff stay again!

Great stay!

Location was excellent! Close to the beach and in a family friendly neighborhood. There is a grocery store close by and a main road just a few blocks away. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could be a little more stocked for those that stay in and cook but overall I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Quiet

Completely redone condo. Very clean and comfortable. No beach view from the property but less than a block walk to beach access. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen could have been better stocked but we notified property manager of some items it would be helpful to have, and I think they are being added.
