Great place and opportunity. Only hitch was getting check in information as it took and hour on phone. The bikes are a great benefit so thanks. Pool was great!

Nice House

House and location were great. We did have an issue with two of the shower drains. We reported the issue on Monday (day 2) of our stay. The representative that answered the phone said that they would try to get someone out that day, and if not, then tomorrow at the latest. No one ever came to fix the drains, so we showered in about 5 inches of water each day. Otherwise, the house was very nice.

Great stay as usual

This is the second time we have stayed at Someday Came. The property has the best location in the area! Bike/walk to fish market, donut hole, beach, Rosemary, etc... Cannot wait to go back!

Great stay

The house was in great shape and was a close 5 minute walk to the beach. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance and the provided bikes enabled us to go to other areas of 30A. It was also nice to use the included beach chairs and umbrella down at the beach which we added to some we had brought from home. The house had plenty of room for everyone and had plenty of cooking supplies for when we stayed home and cooked meals.

Someday Came

This house is in a great location. You can easily walk to the beach, Rosemary Beach, Shades or 30Avenue restaurants. We really enjoyed sitting out on the top deck and listening to music and grilling out. Four bedrooms with each having its own bathroom was really a plus. Will definitely stay again! Great Vacation!

My family and I had the perfect stay at Someday Came. We had plenty of room with our two children and they loved the bunk room. The deck space connected to the primary bedroom was thoroughly enjoyed each morning and the upstairs entertainment room each evening. Great Property But Not Correctly Advertised

We come to 30A (Rosemary, Seaside, Seacrest, and Inlet) twice a year. This was our first time staying at this property. The house itself is great, beds extremely comfortable, close to beach. My complaint is how the property is advertised, and how property management miscommunicated. This property is advertised as a heated community pool, which is inaccurate. When we arrived, we discovered the pool is only heated during Nov-January, which was NOT advertised on the description (I do have screenshots of original description, hopefully they will update it to provide accurate information). We would have absolutely rented a different nearly property with a heated pool if we had known this. We were here during spring break, and the pool was absolutely freezing, along with a broken pool gate, which would have been scary if we had very young children. The property managers said it was an HOA rule, which we understood, but that information was not in the description.The actual house and amenities were wonderful, 4 bikes and the beach chairs were a great perk. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. House was well stocked and very clean. Our only issue was it being advertised as having a heated pool.

Perfect Weekend in Paradise

I have been to the Rosemary Beach / Seaside area many times and this vacation was the best one yet. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. There is an excellent view from the top patio along with a grill and built sound system that was easy to connect to. My favorite part about this stay was the location. After a quick walk down to the beach it was almost as if we had it entirely to ourselves. Also, there are many stellar restaurant options just a quick stroll away. Some restaurant experiences that stood out to me on our trip were Shades, Migos, and Goat Feathers all with great quality food at exceptional prices. This house is perfect for both families, and groups of friends, looking to get away and enjoy one of the best beaches on the planet. This is a great place to stay and very close to all amenities that Inlet and Rosemary beach have to offer. Our family loves the house, it's always super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay

Great home, great location!
