Cathy who assists with the property was exceptional in all respects.As far as the property is concerned the condo needs a refresh in all respects. In my opinion everything is just the same in the unit as it has been for the past 6 plus years. I was most displeased with the lack of a thorough cleaning. Housekeeping should look up at the ceiling fan.The view of the ocean is fantastic!

Location and view was great. The condo was well equipped and fairly clean.My biggest complaint was the bath towels and bed linens. The bath towels seemed old and dingy and felt like sand paper, the bed linens were really wrinkled to the point I was not sure if they had been changed from the previous guest.With that said I probably would stay there again based on the location.

For what I had to pay for an extended weekend. I thought this property was just right. It’s a little older unit. But they’ve done a good job. Just got everything you need. We spend most of our time on the beach or out shopping and dining so we sit on the balcony, watch a little TV before bed and maybe catch a little breakfast before we get out for the day.Very convenient to everything, it is a rather large complex. It takes time to catch an elevator, and it is a bit of a walk to get to the parking deck.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary for 5 nights. The condo had everything we needed, the bed is very clean & comfy! The beach view is absolutely stunning! We got to watch dolphins playing early in the morning from the balcony. The water pressure in the shower is awesome! The water in the whole condo does get extremely hot so beware of that. Communication with the host was very quick & efficient. Only cons I can think of: with the small amount of towels they provide, you will end up having to wash some. Thankfully there’s a washer/dryer in the condo. There was laundry detergent there at the time. More beachy decor or more decor in general would really help this condo! My husband wishes there were more comfortable chairs on the balcony. Some to lay back in a bit.. We would absolutely book this room/through the host again!

Absolutely loved the stay in Cathy's condo! Pretty much every utensil you need to cook a meal is right at your fingertips. Food/sundries within a few minute walk. Two pools to choose from. A beautiful view of the Gulf! Ice cream shop on premises, along with the sky bar. Restaurants within walking distance. Can't beat the location! Will look to stay again!

We had an excellent stay here! The view from the condo was beautiful! I didn't feel like there was anything missing. Everything was in working condition and felt very clean. Oh and the beds were so comftorable! The communication was great, never had any confusion with anything. We love going to Panama and have never stayed at this resort before. Love the sky bridge and how they have a Starbucks there. So convenient to walk to Alvins gift shop and Runaway Island. Runaway Island's food is amazing and you are right on the beach! We try and visit Panama as much as we can and will definitely be back to this condo again!

Great location

Was a nice condo but some updates to decor/furniture would do wonders. Reminds me of 90s decor and then they had pumpkin/fall placemats in the middle of summer which was weird. Some elevators were broken during our stay which caused long waits for elevators. The view from the balcony is amazing though.

We had a great time!

Everything at this condo was great for me and the kids. There's only one comment from my husband which is the bed, he said it's uncomfortable for him. It's clean and it has everything we need in the kitchen. Ms. Cathy is very easy for reach out, every time I messaged her, she would reply right away. Thank you!!!

Great Location and Condo

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Cathy made the check in and check out process seamless and had all of the amenities layed out. The place was clean, fresh, and a wonderful beach view. I would 10/10 recommend. Will be staying here again, thak you Cathy.

The condo was in great condition. While amenities were a little dated, everything eas in fantastic condition. The only issue we found during our stay was as a family of 5, we were making multiple trash chute visits a day due to the size of the trash can. That said, the trash chute is only 30 yards from the front door. Parking and check in/check out can be a chore. It didn't help that half the elevators were down for maintenance during our stay. As a host, you won't find one better. Communication was excellent, and she was sweet enough to return a toy my son had left. She didn't have to, but she went above and beyond. We can't wait to go back.

Great Place to Stay

We usually go to PCB in May for a week. We had a place we really like, but it was unavailable this year, so we tried this one. We liked it more. It was as advertised, very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. It has a lot of good places to get meals within easy walking distance (we especially like the donut shop about a block southeast). We enjoyed being up high (it is on the 18th floor). We will stay again if it is available when we want to go. Glenn

Panama City Beach

Unit was exactly as listed. Host was great. Wonderful location on one of, if not the most beautiful beach we've ever visited. (and we've been to many) The sunrises and sunsets from the terrace were magical. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
