Beautiful Views and Great Host

We had a fabulous trip! It was just as pictured on VRBO. The view was breathtaking, the access to the beach was perfect. Great location close to food places, shopping and more. It had pretty much everything we needed and was a great location. The elevators worked great too. I would recommend a can opener to add to the kitchen, I know sounds weird. There were no ice trays or ice maker, so that would have been nice to have for drinks, so bring ice. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Exactly as described.

The condo has great decor. We loved the location being on the quiet end of pcb. Itrips does a wonderful job of getting instructions to you for check in, during stay communication, and follow up of stay after departing from location. Amber with itrips was great with communication. It was nice having someone to text if needed. I will book again through itrips.

No gym. Dishwasher didnt work until i fixed it. Wash area always sandy. Used to have maintenance men that would spray clean. Ues its the beach but it is a little controlable. My family has been here plenty to say it is an awsome place. Just a little more love

Unit 601

The condo was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Issue with a broken railing and very slow draining sink. Reported to Amber and it was responded to within 2 hours. Very impressed. The TV's in the bedrooms did not work for us. We were not in that much. Probably could have worked through this but didn't report. Instructions in the unit would be helpful. Amber engaged just the right amount with a welcome and follow ups. We love the Commodore.

Beautiful Views

The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. We even got to watch the sunset on the balcony. It was also very easy to get to the beach and the pool was a nice addition. It was quiet and definitely a good get away place for stay. The location was good. I will recommend this place to others and will be back. We all had lots of fun!

Family spring break

Great location. Really nice complex and heated pool. Had a few minor issues while there, but security was always present and very friendly to deal with. One suggestion would be to list more details of what amenities are included. We flew, so strategically packing, it was hard to pack a lot of “extras”. Washer and dryer worked well which was nice for end of day wet towels, etc. Very nice beach area and chairs included was a plus!

We had a family of 5 and stayed for 2 weeks. We enjoyed having our own spaces and the kitchen and living room spaces were a great size. It was nice to have kitchen dishes available to use. Make sure to remember to bring soaps for laundry and dishes. Several stores close so not an issue. Heated pool was fantastic and beach access was perfect. Bathrooms could use an update but overall the place was a nice stay.

Lower Grand Lagoon Vacay

Excellent location. As we age, we didn’t want in the hustle and bustle of the crowds and this place didn’t let us down. Very close to all the seafood restaurants on the lagoon and just a few minutes away from St Andrews ( which is where all the wonderful seafood is really located). The condo was older but nicely remodeled. It could have stood a deep cleaning though. Very dusty under the sofas and ceiling fans had not been cleaned in a while. The pool was small. Otherwise and excellent vacation.

Needs updated.

The condo needs major updating. 90% of the blinds were broke and wouldn’t stay up. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work, which made it hard for the kids to be independent. 4 remotes for each TV was a little complicated. The amount of dust built up on the blinds and ceiling was disturbing. The light in the 2nd master bedroom didn’t work. My sister stayed on the 11th floor with us and comparing the condos was a world of difference. We’ve stayed in 601 5 times now, and they haven’t updated anything. Not having access to the pantry and spending 10 days there was difficult as well. We had to flood what counterspace we had with pantry items. The stay was fun but their just needs to be some updating.

Family Vacation July 2021

The condo had plenty of room for 7 and was nicely decorated except for the window blinds were difficult to operate and several blind slats were missing. Very nice that 4 beach lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas come with the condo rental but wasn't aware that these had to be reserved with the beach service guy prior to using. Overall very nice place to stay.
