Perfect Sunset Views!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located luxury beach-view condo! This large 3BR/3BA condo is THE place to be in PCB! Walk across the street to the beach, restaurants in walking distance, Pier Park only one mile away and the Condo building has all the amenities you could want, including a pool and workout room!

This beach view condo is on the 14th floor of Origin, one of the nicest and best located condos in PCB! There are 3BR and 3 BA, with two sleeper sofas and one day bed, TV's in all the rooms and a large, well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer.

Guests have complete access to all three bedrooms and the other space in the condo, the heated pool and hot tub on the 4th floor (must have the rubber bracets on!) and the gym.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments during your stay!

Free parking on site for one car in the parking garage, additional cars have free parking in the overflow lot next door. Please let us know how many cars so we can have your parking passes ready.

The Parking garage is accessed thru a gate, we will send you the gate access code prior to your arrival.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the beach across from the condo. There is a store on the ground floor with just about anything you will need for a great day at the beach!

Beautiful Condo! Everyone was comfortable and loved the views from every room. Owners were very nice and answered all the questions I had. Contacted me directly and allowed me to contact them with my questions. I truly appreciated that! Parking garage was challenging at times. Location was nice and loved the beach access right across the street. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
