Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

Sliders provide direct access to the oceanfront balcony and beautiful beach/gulf views. True coastal vacation at its best.
The dining area features a large Cape Cod table that seats six and comfy breakfast bar stools for additional seating. Perfect for those stay-at-home meals.
The large Master Suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and plenty of drawer space. Spa-like Master Bath with over-sized bathtub, shower and has a separate double vanity area. A private doorway provides direct access to the outdoor balcony.
2nd Master Suite has two Queen beds, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and ample drawer space. It has a separate and spacious bath with double vanity and over-sized tub. This master also has direct access to the outdoor balcony.
The large tiled balcony has a patio table and outdoor seating. The perfect spot for outdoor meals, relaxation and beautiful ocean views.
PLUS, included with your stay, four beachfront lounge chairs and two beach umbrellas are set up for you each and every morning. Just grab your towel and hit the beach!
Enjoy splashing in any one of the three pools w/hot tubs at Long Beach Resort. The gigantic Lagoon Pool with waterfall and tropical landscaping or two Polynesian pools. Don’t forget to visit the Lagoon Pool’s Hangout Tiki Bar and Grill (seasonal) where you can grab some food, cool drinks and adult beverages.
