I have rented several houses from VRBO over the years.
at least 20 or so. This house was probably the worst I have ever rented. The listing was no where near accurate. The listing stated the house would sleep 6 to 8 people the bedding that was actually there would only sleep 4 people comfortably. The patio was all broken up and had to be very careful walking on it to keep from tripping. The furniture in the house was old and out dated and worn out. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet that had to be washed before they could be used one plate had old dried out food on it. the light switch in the dining room had no cover on it which could be dangerous for a child but luckily that didn't effect us we had no children there with us. The best part of the house was the fact that it had a garage where we could park our motorcycles. The two queen size beds slept pretty good but there were no futons like listed and I did not see a day bed anywhere. There was a roll away bed but it was in such poor shape that an adult could never sleep on it comfortably. There were three of us all men and one had to sleep on a couch in the office area. The TV's were all very small and were advertised as large flat screen TV's. I would not recommend this house to my family or friends and I will not be renting it again.
