GREAT PLACE!!!!!!

I recently stayed here for a week with my fiance. I was not sure what to expect. Before we goy there, communication with Sheila was thorough and professional.When we arrived, we were pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness of the condo. Especially the little touches that made it feel like home. They were doing a little work on the buildind, but I expect that during off-season. All in all, this was a great place and we are planning on coming back in the spring. Kudos to the owners!!!!!!!

Relaxation, fun, and sun

Sheila was wonderful, the condo was exactly as described. Sheila goes above and beyond with the little extras. We definitely will be headed back in the future.

Good Value in PCB

The property itself was good. It's an older property and some of the wear and tear of age showed through, but all the amenities were there and everything worked properly. We did have an issue with the electronic door lock dying on us, but a quick call to the owner and she walked us through the process, and it was up and running quickly. The beach was amazing and the private access was awesome. There was a wash station on the deck leading to and from the beach, so you could wash off all the sand before heading to the room. The beach was crowded, but we had our own beach chairs and umbrella (provided), which made it nice. We spent most of our days a the beach. The condo building was busy and the elevators were generally always crowded. We ended up taking the stairs during the bulk of our stay (except check-in and check-out). The room is on the 8th floor, so take that into consideration. The biggest detractor of the condo was the smell of garbage near the stairwell. (the trash chute was right next to it). We found that most residents left their trash bags and garbage on the landing instead of putting them down the chute. The neighborhood was kind of a shock. The condo is located right across the street from seemingly the only strip club in town. That prompted an unwanted conversation with our 12-year-old daughter about what it was. The condo is also close to mini-golf and Ripley's Believe-It-Or-Not though, so that was a bonus. It's was the best Ripley's we had been to in the US. To leave on a positive note, the private beach access has a beach kiosk that has parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet skis available for rent. So that was nice not to have to travel any distance to participate in those activities. Our favorite restaurants were Pineapple Willey's, and Hook'd. Both within a short drive of the condo.

1st Trip to the Beach

The condo was very nice and equipped with a lot of extras. We had an incident that occurred but was handle very quickly and fairly with the property owner.

Best Host ever with a beautiful condo

Sheila is the most amazing host. Her property is clean and well maintained. Beautiful views. Great pools. Beach chair staff is top notch and our chair setup was reserved the whole week. The things that made Sheila stand out were all the hostess touches. Champagne upon arrival. A couple waters in the fridge. She communicates with you very well. Everything was beyond expectations.

“Wonderful Getaway”

You can NEVER go wrong when choosing one of Sheila’s condos!! She truly is an amazing owner/host. This was our 2nd year with Sheila and to say she goes above and beyond to please her guests is an understatement!! We always have such a memorable stay in her condos :) Sheila and her “crew” think of everything! It always feels like home here in PCB bc of that :) Sheila has created a wonderful list of things to do, restaurants, and local fun that is genuine and spot on!! You will not regret staying in one of “Sheila’s Escapes” in fact, you will stop looking for other places to stay!! We have :D Thanks Again!! to All the great people that make “Sheila’s Sea Escapes” THE BEST!! See ya’ next year!!

Best VRBO in PCB

This was the best condo rental we have ever stayed at! We are regular Panama City Beach guests and this unit was by far the nicest one we have had the pleasure visiting. Sheila was super easy to work with and you could tell she wanted to make sure we had the best time possible, and she did just that! When we arrived the condo was incredibly clean and welcoming. Honestly, have not had one this clean. I am a clean freak and always find things that could have been cleaned better, or just got missed....not this time!!! Not a bit of sand on the floor anywhere, and everything was in tip top shape. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed including storage containers for left overs, storage bags, tin foil, dishwasher pods, coffee filters....no late night runs to publix needed, which was so so appreciated. She also has beach chairs (never used those because of the awesome beach service charis), small bag cooler, towels, and a BEACH CART!!!! This was the best. We usually bring our beach wagon, but left it at the house since she had a cart. And let me tell you, most people are not that nice to let you use their stuff, so super huge THANK YOU! I could go on and on about everything that made this unit perfect. Thanks again Sheila for a wonderful family vacation.

Great Beach Getaway

The condo was beautiful---the beds were comfy. The view is amazing. The balcony furniture is adorable as well as comfortable. Sheila is great to work with, she answers any questions and concerns in a timely manner. We had an amazing weekend and cannot wait to go and stay again in the near future!!!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo :)
