This was a very nice hotel. The staff were nice, check in and check out was easy and the breakfast was decent. The area has a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance, however, you will need a car, taxi, or Uber to the tourist attractions, such as the Panama Canal, the beach, etc.

So there was construction going on but it did not bother me. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Comfortable bed, great view from the 15th floor and as far as cleanliness goes, it was spotless. I have no problem recommending this hotel.
