We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was nice and spacious, kitchen was nice and well stocked, location was great and private boardwalk to the beach was great. The owner was very responsive the couple of times I had questions leading up to our start

Great location and outstanding host

We loved our first stay on the cape. The location of the house is fantastic, quiet part of the beach and easy to get around from. The house worked great for us, the views from the two chairs on the front porch are amazing, we loved having breakfast there. The best part of the house is the owner - extremely responsive and going above and beyond any expectations we had. Truly outstanding!

An stunningly beautiful new home with a view to match!!!

Easily the nicest home we've ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. Allisa was a joy to work with and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. It's brand new, immaculate, and had everything we needed for one of the most enjoyable vacations we've ever had. So glad we stayed here, will definitely be back for more!

Photos are true to property. The beach view and access is perfect. Sitting on the deck is like being down at the beach. Our favorite place on the Cape so far! Host is fabulous and helpful.

Would give 10 stars if I could!

I can’t tell you how wonderful this place is - perfect location on the beach, being on one level is lovely and working with Alissa was so easy. The house is so comfortable and has everything available that you need to live comfortably for the week. This part of the beach is beautiful and it’s lovely sitting on the screened porch and listening to the waves. Can’t say enough about Alissa - very attentive and so reasonable. Thank you for everything! We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back next year!

Perfect, quiet, pet friendly getaway!

Our first time on the cape and it won’t be our last. This property is in a great location with amazing views and the sunsets are breathtaking. Also just a few minute drive to the park, which I highly suggest visiting. We rented a boat and rode out to the point of the cape, we seen dozens of dolphins and some sea turtles. I can’t speak highly enough about the owners, they were ready to answer any questions we had. They definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Tamar and Alissa.

Best Home on the Cape!

What an amazing home- honestly the listing and pictures doesn’t even do this place justice. It is an absolutely gorgeous home with amazing views, home is right on the water with short board walk which was great for our elderly dog along with the elevator. I’ve been visiting the cape for over 20 years and this has been the CLEANEST house we’ve stayed in. Such a well-appointed, thought-out design, layout, and amenities. Will be regular renters of this awesome home! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect in every way!

Enjoyed a quiet January stay at Cape Breezes reading my book, and enjoying long walks on the beach. Communication with the owner was easy, and I can’t say enough about this house. The location on the cape is my preferred end down towards the state park. Home was fully stocked allowing for easy cooking at home. Sheets and linens are all high quality, and beds and furnishings all very comfortable. I would book again here in an instant if available.

Perfect location and house

It was fabulous. Clean, comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to leave at least 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. After a long drive to a new place it was disconcerting to arrive to find no paper products at all. We thought that maybe housekeeping forgot. Also, the box springs on the beds were very noisy. You couldn’t even turn over without the noise waking you up. All in all though a fabulous trip and we hope to return.

Snowy sand and beautiful views

Wow! CSB is stunning with snowy white beaches, colorful clear water, and dog friendly too. Alissa was fabulous to work with, accommodating and responsive. We fell in love with the house. It is new, clean and nicely decorated without all the decorative knickknack that interferes with storing your own vacation stuff. The open floor plan really allows you to take in the wonderful views. Some of the things we loved most were the captain chairs on the deck with the built-in railing tabletop. Great place to enjoy the views with morning coffee or an evening cocktail as well as watching for frolicking dolphins. The kids loved the outside showers, which I loved because they helped minimize sand in the house. My husband loved the covered outside grill area with table and chairs. The elevator made move in and out much easier!!! For us the house “comfortably” sleeps 7 adults maybe 8 or 9 people with small children. We would definitely rent again and hope to come back soon. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Escape - Steps to the beach

We loved sitting out on the screened-in porch and soaking up the outstanding sunsets. The layout of the house was great and spacious. The kids loved having their bedroom set in the back corner with those big beanbags to hangout on. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to make a few meals at home and there was a plethora of dishes to use. Having those two outdoor showers with both hot&cold water was a bonus. Our 9YO son insisted on having his post-beach shower in one each day. The only two downsides was how squeaky the master king bed was (just sitting on the bed made a huge squeak 😆 - it made for some good laughs) and some of the sofa throw pillows still had pet hair from prior guests. We have a minimal shedding mixed breed so experiencing pet hair from another dog is annoying. Overall, we left with wonderful memories we will cherish with our kids and my parents.

Location, cleanliness, view was awesome! The one thing that could make it any better was my husband's 😁 recliner 😁!!! We were celebrating our 41st Anniversary and could not have been better. Will go back. Alissa is wonderful!

Best yet Cape San Blas rental

This is our third time staying on the Cape, but the best by far even if the weather wasn't as cooperative as we wanted! The house had the perfect setup/layout for my family of 7, and I loved having the use of the elevator as we hauled everything needed from north Alabama for our two sons and their families who had to fly in to Panama City. The kitchen was the best, being spacious enough to hold all of us at once as we prepped meals. It was well outfitted with most of what I needed. The owner responded promptly to our questions, and when we noticed items needing repair, etc. she welcomed our input gladly. This part of the Cape has nice, deep beaches, and even though there is construction of a new house going on next door, the foundation work they were doing wasn't loud. This house sits on a dead end, with only a couple of houses behind it and the one next door is not a rental, so it was very quiet. The only thing that might have made this even more perfect would be to have had a pool just like the one next door!😁. Thanks, Alissa!
