*Situated between Alys beach and Rosemary beach. Where these sought after upscale areas offer fine dining and shopping. This quaint beach town is located along the scenic highway 30A.
*Comfortable brand new king size memory foam bed and Loveseat pulls out to an oversized twin.
*Compact Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher
*deeded beach access with tram service for added convenience to the beautiful white sand beaches-during peak season.
* Two pools located next to the building ( one pool is a 2 ft splash pool and the other pool is deeper for swimming)
*BBQ grills
* Unit is located on the top 4th floor . Building has an elevator and stairs !
** Come and enjoy a romantic or relaxing stay on Florida's Emerald coast. Convenient water sport and bike rentals !

Quaint Place in an Excellent Location
We booked the studio for its location and price. The room was as advertised. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator as well as a king size bed. The place was clean. The sitting arrangements were not ideal -you had a small love seat or the bed. There was no place to sit and eat other than on the love seat and only one can fit there at a time. The TV was difficult to use. The property manager/owner was easy to work with and very responsive.

Great location, perfect for anniversary trip
My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit to 30A!

We had a great time staying here! It’s a great place for a weekend getaway or even an extended stay. The pictures make it look a lot smaller than it is in person. Great communication with the manager as well.

Refrigerator was very noisy, but we notified the manager and she was taking care of the problem. Bed had a foam topper and was not very comfortable and the pillows were hard and some very flat and not comfortable while sleeping.

Lovely Seacrest studio!
The perfect home base for our 30A Songwriters’ Festival weekend. The unit had a VERY comfortable king bed and everything needed for a wonderful stay at Seacrest. The owner was very easy-going and responsive. Highly recommend!
