I had a wonderful experience! I met Oscar and Marian,wonderful professional staff. Marian She is very professional,helpful. She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too.

Staff was very kind . I hate leaving bad reviews but there were ants in my room from the day I arrived intil I left . I didn’t complain because they were harmless sugar ants but they were everywhere . Not sure if it was because of previous guest

I had a long layover and booked this hotel. unfortunatly it was close to the wrong airport which I didnt realize until too late. I went anyway. Lovely clean quiet spot. I missed breakfast but they made it for me. Helped me get a far cheaper ride back to PTY. Great location if you have a car.

It was just okay, nothing spectacular. The room was large but old and updated a big plus it had hot water, they advertised a restaurant but did not have one. The key to the room was padlocked to the key for the air conditioner in other words if you had two people in the room and one stayed behind you either had to leave that person without ac or you just had to ring the front door bell and wait to be let inn. Like I said just okay

Meh!

The pros: quiet - in residential area, clean, AC worked well once turned on, comfortable bed. Close to Albrook airport. Felt safe as single woman. Cons: HARD to find; Uber guy and I searched for 10 minutes d/t lack of signage & the facade doesn’t look like a hotel. NOTHING like the pictures….. I’ll say that again… NOTHING… not even close ; kudos the the marketing person! ;0) I should have taken pictures but I was too tired after traveling all day! Very Spartan. White walls, white linens, no artwork. Bars on the windows with no view. OLD… doors are warped & I got locked in my room when I was checking out. I had to jimmy the lock! Towels were gray and needed a good bleaching. The microwave looked to be from the late 70s. Fridge was maybe 90s. “Furniture” was built in concrete. No wood in the room! Amenities: when I arrived nothing was plugged in or turned on. I only needed the air and it took about 2 hrs to cool the room. There is nothing to eat within walking distance when it’s dark. If you uber it, the mall is close. There are no cups, glasses, or water in the room. Small generic shampoo and the smallest bar of soap I’ve ever seen! There was a sign on the reception “desk” that said $90/nt. After spending $56 I didn’t feel cheated… but at $90!!! Hell no!! Cheers!
