「Das Hotel ist schön und gut gelegen! Leider haben wir zwei Tage lang 25 Grad in unserem Zimmer gehabt, was den Aufenthalt fast unerträglich gemacht hat. Zweimal haben wir um Instandsetzung der Klimaanlage gebeten, nur leider hat das Hotelpersonal nichts veranlasst. Schade.」

「Overall, the hotel is good - it is clean, the rooms are of a generous size (especially for an airport hotel), and the parking is quite convenient. The location is solid as it is only a 15 minute walk to the airport terminal; however, it is not close to downtown Vilnius and is 45 minutes by bus+foot or 20-30 minutes by Bolt. Also, the buses to downtown are surprisingly infrequent from the airport. The airport has some flaws, however; first, the staff was very mercurial - for example, when I asked...

「We driven to Vilnius from Siauliai city, it tooks us almost three hours. The hotel looks not big but inside the room is nice, reception lady very kind and provide us enough information. We also had a nice breakfast there. So far all good, but one thing is there's a bit noise during the night, which made me a sleepless night. Hope this can be better in future.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were brilliant- always helpful and accommodating. They found us a kettle (it's more of a coffee than tea country!) and gave us fresh milk whenever we asked so we could make a proper brew in our room (we took our own tea bags). Breakfast was lovely - large selection. We tried the 'breakfast sausage' - turned out to be hot dogs which was a suprise! Pastries were amazing - we think they come from the bakery next door. 「A very nice hotel situated in the centre of the old town. The room is very nice, luxury, beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. However my room is a little bit far from the lift while the signs are not clear - easy to get lost. And the hotel is a quite far from public transport so i need to take a taxi/uber to transfer from/to the train/coach stations.」
