“The property is new and situated away from the city's rush. Quiet, clean and peaceful place overlooking the farm land. “The room was clean, had a heater, and provided free toiletries, slippers, and towels. The free breakfast was two pieces of hotdog, rice, and a boiled egg. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The place was peaceful; it was just in front of the TPLEX Urdaneta exit, so going back to Manila is easier. The thing I didn't like about the area was the yellow tricycle drivers. Every time we ride the tricycle, the fare is different, sometimes 50 to 80 PHP, even though the way is the same and you can clearly see……

“The advertised photos no longer represents the property, it is now run-down, unsafe, dirty and smells of sewage. They advertised a restaurant called Blue Mikey that is also a run-down place that is filthy! When checking in i looked over and it still had dirty pots and dishes from several days passed by appearances and along with dirt on counter. I have saw homeless encampments that looked better. Once i checked in and looked at the place i immediately turned around and left.”
