Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I booked this place at the last minute because my family arrived earlier than their original flight schedule. It was advertised “with free breakfast” on Expedia. Upon checking in, the concierge of the property told them based on their rules, breakfast is included depending on how much did you pay, and what we paid for doesn’t have it. I report it to Expedia and the agent confirmed complimentary breakfast is included. We did not insist on the free breakfast anymore. I just thought that they should have handled it with more consideration instead of blatantly pointing out the price. They should provide a welcoming and positive guest experience. Room is average Bed linen are itchy, has stains Bathroom is very dirty Location is too noisy Receptionist - mind is afloat
