The Quest is an excellent establishment. I stay here whenever I visit Panglao. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the services are functional. The front counter is manned 24/7 making check in and check out at random times seamless. I will continue using them for my travels.

I had a wonderful stay at Quest Villa! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — they made us feel right at home. The villa was spacious and perfect for our big family, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Their warm hospitality really made the experience special. A Lovely Courtyard Hotel

The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. The small patio with table & chairs was a really nice addition. The pool looked clean, although we were only there for 1 night, so didn’t use it. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They suggested taking a tuktuk down to the beach for supper & that was fun. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Everything you need is there in a relaxed atmosphere. They don't have a restaurant apart from breakfast. However, they have a good service delivery relationship with a local restaurant!

I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. The place is quiet and just off the main road. Very close to the airport, beaches and other attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours scooter rentals and rides. Also they have room and laundry service. 2nd time staying there and will stay again. Highly recommend Quest Villa, and Suites !!

We stayed for 5 nights at the deluxe suite. The place is well lit, it is accessible to nearby restaurants and activities. The staff were extremely friendly, given the fact that we didn’t really know Panglao very much. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

The villas are in a different location from the main property(still close to the main property though). Luckily for us, we have transport which made it easy for us to move. We also came in during a rainy season so the surrounding area was muddy. Would be nice if they’re able to cement the surrounding area. But overall stay is good!

The property is perfect for us except that we had an experience of not having water the next day we woke up. I would have rated this place excellent if not for that reason. the staff and service was excellent. Cannot complain anything else. Will reconsider staying on this place again on my next visit.

We initially visited the reception area but felt concerned about the smaller rooms due to a potential lack of privacy. The reception itself could use some improvement, as the seating and couches are in poor condition. On a positive note, the villa property was surprisingly good and offered adequate privacy. However, getting around the area was challenging due to limited transportation options. Additionally, it's worth noting that tricycle fares to and from Alona Beach and nearby areas were extremely expensive.

This property does look like the pictures however add 5-10 years of use. The bathroom toilet is very close to the wall, so anyone near 6ft tall has to sit sideways. The pool towels were all bleached or stained. The water dispenser by the pool was broken and had been for a while and due to its outside location provided luke warm water. There seemed to be no quiet hours with other noisy guests in the pool until 1am. Sheryl was one of the more helpful members of staff who arranged our scooter and helmet which was a benefit to the property. Overall, it did the job but was not the place to stay for a week or longer.

Driver didn’t show up at the airport as scheduled

Overall speaking, the hotel staff members are helpful and nice. But the driver didn’t show up for transferring me from the airport to Quest Villa. After waiting him for 15 minutes, I got a motorbike to get to the hotel. Though it was dangerous at night, this was my only option
