「When we got there and checked in we found out the boilers were down. Because of the long weekend no was able to come and fix the boilers. So no heat. We did receive one portable heater to keep the unit warm. The management was excellent in helping us to get a couple of more portable heaters for our unit. With the heaters the unit was warm and cozy. I give praise to the management for helping with the no heat situation. Communication was easy. Thank you.」

「Parking was convenient, easy access to our rental. Bike storage is extremely poor. Calling it “storage” is deceiving. Locking any bike to a broken wooden bike rack in a public parkade is asking to have it stolen. Dealing with expensive bikes was a problem for us. Please be clear when guests ask if there is secure bike storage the answer is no. Other than that all was good. 」

「This is a very nice unit. Great location very close to the gondola for access to the ski hill. The unit had plenty of space for our 6 adult family.
