“The staff was extremely helpful & very nice to us, the front desk lady ivluck typed us up an itinerary the first day we got there, everyone was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable, ac was always available, they would restock our rooms with water, robes, slippers anything we could need, they made sure it was supplied and ready, the charging ports all have convertions so if you didn't buy one thats bo problem, the location was my absolute favorite, we were in such a great area, so many things……

“I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering……

“I stayed for a week. I was assigned to a room on the ground floor, which I never expected. On one occasion, one of the staff members even invited a friend over and they talked loudly in the lobby. Most of the staff were very friendly. On the positive side, the room was big and well decorated, but there was no kettle and the mini-fridge was not working. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it was overpriced given all these issues.”
