"I have a family of 6 I booked for 2 nights stay and could not get access to the room we suppose to check in at 4pm The owner cannot be reach we called many times but no luck and its really frustrating even the customer service tried to contact him too but no response !!! I choose to booked that place because its close to the airport my sister have a flight july 18 at 4 am in the morning . And we had to find another place to stay , hopefully i will get my money back ."

"Conveniently located next to a large mall and walking distance to a number of restaurants and street food, Acacia is one of Davao's finest hotels. Serving as a venue for events, the busy lobby atrium and flowing staircase accentuate a sense of style and flair. The rooms are standard international class with small fridge and coffee/tea. There's a love seat and small table as well. Bedding was excellent. Very comfortable! Each floor is accessible only by keycard, adding to a sense of security. For the price, however, one would expect a lot more. Not that the rooms have anything wrong with them - just not worth the $100+ per night. However, Davao doesn't have a lot of alternatives to this type of hotel so I suppose this is what the market will bear."

"I had a pleasant stay at Dusit Thani Davao. The suites are spacious, elegant, and well-maintained, making them perfect for both business and leisure stays. The staff were courteous, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and luxurious. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the food was decent, I was hoping for a wider variety of dishes and more consistent quality to match the high standard of the accommodations. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay!🙂"
