"Lovely main room and hot tub; good range of pots, cutlery and crockery - small kitchen, no storage for groceries and tiny oven with broken seal; downstairs bedrooms were nice, light and airy, limited storage; upstairs bedrooms had no access to bathroom and one has no door; bathrooms/shower rooms/ WC ok - would benefit from hooks and mirrors; good laundry facilities, real fire, plenty of hot water; excellent location and manager/owner were very friendly; plenty of parking "

"The location of this lovely house is amazing - within walking distance of the Brittany coastal path, beautiful Launay bay and the ferry to Île de Bréhat. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. "

"Typical french holiday house, as expected. Very clean and a mixture of some older and totally refurbished rooms. Everything fully functional and a collection of Music CD with good taste. Lots of possibilities to sit and relaxe. We used to live in the Wintergarten mainly for all meals. The garden is very big and we were able to take some vegetables form their gardening and the highlight for our daughter were the two big blueberry trees when the fruits got ready to eat. The second green in front of the house was good to play or to use a hammock between some trees. To the beach is just 3min to go. The beach is stony but dependent on the tides there is lots of sand to enter the sea. There a wonderful treks to hike to the south and to the harbour to enter isle de Bréhat. We had a wonderful stay with our daughters aged 17 and 19. Both had their rooms and everybody could relaxe as they wanted. "

"The room was okay even though the ground had stains nearby the coffee area. The hotel is not on the bay but 5 minutes away by car. The WiFi that night did not work properly. Overall it is a hotel that can fit up to 4 people in a room and is located near Paimpol."

"Pros: We had a wonderful one-night stay at this perfect house in Bréhat. The location is ideal—just a few meters from the sea, with a breathtaking view and complete tranquility. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and everything was spotless. We came with our four children and had a truly memorable family time. Marc, the host, was very thoughtful and welcoming; he took the time to explain everything clearly. We warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and beauty. Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t enjoy during our stay — everything was perfect."
