Overall the property exceeded expectation. Was very clean and provided everything that could be needed. One small gripe was that there was no BBQ facilities however that wasn't a biggie.

Lovely property

Lovely property with everything you need for a nice holiday. Location was good with a supermarket and fabulous restaurant within 5 min walk. Paphos harbour was a 30 min walk. The communal pool was large and right outside the rear patio area. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was a bonus.

Lovely quiet villa ideal for families

Great villa with an ideal layout. Grandma and grandad could have the top floor, while mum, dad and children had the 2nd floor. It was very clean, with everything needed for a family holiday, including sun beds, fully equipped kitchen and pool.

Paradise for one week only!

The owner was very helpful and most accommodating the location is quiet and you can escape the hordes of holiday makers. A great pool and excellently equipped villa you can even watch uk TV but who needs that on holiday!!! Nearby Supermarket Takeaway and Restaurant We have no hesitation in recommending this Great base for your Cypriot Adventure

Perfect stay for our Workation

We were three girls on a working & holiday trip for one week. The accomodation was perfect for that, because it is very spacious, fully equipped, clean and the pool is awesome. The way to restaurants and beaches is a bit further (1-1,5km) but the area is nice and quiet. Wifi could be stronger. Would come again!

Accurate property description

Our 8th visit to Cyprus staying in similar properties so we know what to expect. Communication with the owner was excellent and the information pack provided was the best yet, so didn’t experience the usual teething problems such as TV / AC instructions etc. UK TV channels and WiFi which actually works. The property was very well equipped and spotless. Only one negative is the very hard mattresses and seating, but this is personal preference and would be impossible to please everyone.

Great villa, Great Location

I stayed with my family in October 2023. The process of receiving the keys and checking in was simple and the instructions and information pack were amazing. Details on how to get to the villa and the information about the surrounding area were great. We had a hire car to get us from the airport but if you wanted to arrange transfers you could manage without a car as there is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you into the main tourist area and there are buses to many of the main attractions. The taverna that is 2 minutes from the villa, The Pambis Diner, has friendly staff and a lovely menu and served us well on a number of occasions during the stay. The Food Supermarket was also great for stocking up on the basics when we arrived. This villa is lovely and we would definitely book again. Thank you Paul and team for a great holiday x

Fabulous stay. Lovely Villa and Brilliant Pool.

Really liked the Villa, only couple of steps to the poolside. Didn’t do much cooking but seemed well stocked. Very few people in the pool if any, Good shop 3 mins walk away stocked almost everything. Bit pricier than elsewhere but Lovely food in Pambi’s Diner, 5 mins walking from villa. They had entertainment some night including a Greek Night. Staff were very friendly. 15 mins walk to the beach area, bit hilly and pavements not the best so would struggle if you had mobility issues. Would definitely stay again.

A very nice villa plenty of room for 6 adults and a 16 month old baby,there was plenty of cooking utensils if you wanted to cook but we ate out or got takeaways lol. Bed really comfortable slept like a log. Plenty of sun loungers to use and also patio table and chairs,a brilliant swimming pool a few yards from the villa Loads of information for things to do and eat out.would have no hesitation of recomend this villa to friends and family.

Could have been better but still enjoyed our stay

Communication from the owner was excellent. But the people that manage it not so good. We arrived and one of the rooms had not been cleaned or made up! I phoned and to be fair they came and sort of cleaned it and made the bed up. The rest of the property had been cleaned but not thoroughly it was really dusty on fans, under beds etc. The door handle to one of the bedrooms was broken so it couldn't be closed. Just little details like weeds in the front garden rubbish in empty plant pots, cigarette butt's and dirty balconies. The complex is lovely and in a perfect position for sight seeing once we had cleaned it our selves we had a great stay. One last thing the beds are very hard but that's a personal preference thing. Just a little tlc and it would be fab.

Half term stay

The communication with Paula, the owner, was excellent, emails were answered swiftly, keys arrived in plenty of time along with lots of useful information on the property and local maps. My husband and I took our three grandchildren during February half term, and were very pleased with the property. It was spotless, beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, we had some lovely sunny days and the patio and verandas were sun traps. The location was ideal, only about a 10 minute drive into Pafos and about the same to the Tombs of the kings. All 8n all we enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villa and would certainly consider booking again. Thank you Paula.

Lovely Quiet Location

Just came back from a week at this property. There were two couples so plenty of room. Property is in a great location. Its away from the harbour and nightlife but set in a very quiet location which is about a 10 min walk. We appeared to be the only ones about as the only other people we saw were the pool man and the gardener and of course the cats! Having the pool right outside the back door was great with plenty of room to sunbathe. On the ground floor there is an outside table and chairs, then the first floor has a small balcony off the main bedroom and then a balcony off the top bedroom so ample room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, iron, clothes airer etc. The only thing I took were my kitchen tongs for when I cooked breakfast. We hired a car and parked outside the property each night no problem. Communication from Paula was good and would definitely go back as a great property.

Perfect October break

Jut returning from a wonderful week in Paphos. Everything was perfect, the weather, the villa and the people. The villa was just as described & although a communal pool we had it to ourselves all bar one day. The little taverna around the corner is fantastic for lunch or dinner and a taxi to the harbour is 10 euros. Can’t recommend this place enough for families looking for a quiet peaceful break.

Lovely property , a couple of bulbs were out on arrival but after a quick phone call both were fixed. The property shares a communal pool, had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. Car parking wasn’t a problem , with a couple of shops in walking distance and a bar just around the corner. Would definitely recommend 👍

We really enjoyed our winter holiday in Paphos made perfect by staying in Paradise! Firstly, with many thanks to Paula, the owner, for sharing her spacious house at a great price. She was very patient promptly answering our many questions before booking and responded quickly to our enquiries and in returning the security deposit. We received the keys along with information about the house and directions in good time. There were also travel books, and a great folder containing a wide range of information on Paphos, restaurants, tourist attractions, maps and much more. We loved Paradise Villa particularly for its location. Very peaceful complex, nice & private not overlooked, yet near to bus stop for buses to harbour or old town, great farmhouse shop stocking fresh fruit (try the dragon fruit if in season) & veg and groceries at a competitive price, and Pambi diner open all hours offering good food. 20 minute walk to harbour, restaurants and beaches. There is also a new gym nearby which will soon be opening an indoor pool. Paphiakos animal shelter was also nearby, if you like animals do visit. House itself is very spacious, and the balconies a great suntrap, capturing the winter sun, with views over fields. We loved sitting on the terrace too listening to the frogs croaking in the nearby stream. UK TV with a catch up channel was a useful bonus for the chilly winter evenings. Lots of useful labels for light switches, oven and washing machine etc, and really well equipped with cooking utensils, good quality saucepans and even baking equipment. A real home from home with everything you need thoughtfully provided. Thank you.

Good Times Had By All

Second holiday in Paphos and couldn't have had a better place to stay. Great location with amenities close by. The villa had everything we could have wished for with a beautiful pool and spacious living areas.
