Tried on multiple occasions to contact the property via expedia messages after receiving spam messages over WhatsApp asking for card details. The messages I sent were to confirm booking status and ask if any arrangements for late checkin needed. Contacted Expedia who after days managed to get communication from hotel. On arrival no communication had been made of the room allocation or safekey code (which accommodation had said would be sent on day of arrival) so had to walk with luggage and kids the 5 minutes to the hotel at 11 at night to get resolved. This was a streeful start on holiday. On upside area felt quite safe. Property then sent messages asking at what time i would vacate and askng to leave feedback. Feels like communication is one way and on the properties terms only. The accommodation itself was nice and as expected. Although strangely only 3 bath towels between the 4 of us. Given my previous struggles I accepted this rather than try to communicate and ask for extra towell! In summary accommodation nice but to me communication unacceptable.

The place is ideally located in the old town. It is a refurbished apartment with two bedrooms and one living room. Nikos, the host, was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Perfekte Unterkunft, Service ok, Unsicher

Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber, modern, und gemütlich, drei Klimaanlagen. Internet war schnell. Meine Überwachungskamera hat festgestellt das jemand wider vereinbarung und trotz DoNotDisturb Schild in meiner Wohnung war und hat AC ausgeschaltet. Absolutes NoGo. Keine Absprache dazu. Die Kommunikation war auch nicht sehr einladend. Menschlich und Sicherheitstechnisch ist die Wohnung also bedenklich.
