Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining room buffet was pretty much the same every day - but the food was good. The Italian restaurant (which required a reservation) was very good. Property is well situated for walking to nearby points of interest.
Highly recommend hotel
The location is good
The staff are very nice and friendly.
Everything was perfect!
We had late flying back so the gave us a room for 2 hours for a rest and shower
Thank you 😊
The staff at the Louis Ledra are wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect- starting from the booking process. They were extremely helpful and also reassured me about Gluten-free menu choices during our stay.
The hotel upholds high standards in everything they do and the staff are welcoming and approachable.
We loved our time at Louis Ledra.
Pools are nice, staff are kind and go the extra mile to help.
Food was consistently good across the entire stay.
The only two things I would flag:
- the reception staff weren't as nice as the rest of the people working there;
- parts of the resorts are a bit tired.
However, I would go back in a heartbeat.
Our stay at the louis ledra beach was superb. The hotel was extremely clean, staffed by friendly, attentive staff.
Our room, with a sea view was great. Well equiped, with a huge bed and great bathroom. All you would ever need.
The food was superb. Each night dinner felt like you treated to something different.......that was down to the themed food evenings.......a nice touch.
Nice selection of drinks as part of the all inclusive package.
A really relaxed vacation, thoroughly enjoyed and recommended.
Had an amazing holiday! The hotel is so clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The pool area is lovely, as is the beach. The food selection was fantastic and very delicious. The only downside was in the room itself. There was only one usable plug socket or two when you unplug the kettle. None of the plugs were near the bed, which is strange. And in the bathroom, the shower kept switching between scalding hot and freezing. We did like the room, however, and would stay again.

We stayed here in May and it was nice! Not outstanding but nice. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The drinks were poor, don’t bother with cocktails. We didn’t eat in there apart from breakfast and it was ok but again not outstanding. It was a pleasant stay that’s a bit dated and could do with upgrading. Some facilities were poor (like the arcade area for kids. Not great machines and very expensive tokens per play). The beach is close but it’s not the nicest beach around. Still, sandy. A few restaurants outside (sadly the only Greek one was shut whilst we were there) but they were nice and an easy walk. Easy taxi rides to the harbour of the old town for more places to go out to too.

We stayed at the Louis Ledra hotel for a friends wedding this May and we were disappointed. The quality of the room and the facilities were average, a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. The food was not great, we were disappointed by the quality of most of the buffet and the pool side food. The only exception being the salads which were excellent. The activities that ran were not great, the staff running them were not well qualified - one of the yoga instructors did one of the moves wrong and the aqua aerobics was just a made up dance.
The real disappointment was the staff customer service. On multiple occasions we were reprimanded for asking for food or service in the wrong place, and a waitress in the buffet was really rude while serving us at breakfast. Most of the staff were lovely and helpful, but these particular incidents left us feeling more than frustrated throughout our stay.
Overall the hotel is okay for the price you are paying but it's nothing special and we wouldn't choose to stay there again.

A dated all-inclusive hotel with its pros/cons
Family trip w/bed and breakfast 4 nights. This hotel is primarily an all inclusive place, which we didnt opt for nor prefer. Meaning guets where primarily all-inclusive guests... Facilities appared quite dated. Quality of food was ok+, but restaurant was chaotic and "factory-like". Only buffets to all meals. A lot of noise and uncharming. Bad coffee. We had breakfast in this restaurant, and 1 dinner, but much better to have lunch and dinner out by the nearby restaurants. Pool area and beach are pretty decent, lots of sunbed w/wo shades, 3 outside pools where one is suitable for toddlers and one reserved for adults. None of these pools where heated, meaning they felt a bit cold on the end of the season. One inside heated pool (27degC) was the prefered pool by the kids. Rooms where ok, but a bit small when more than 2 people. Bathroom was nice. All in all we had ok days but we will not come back.
We booked a 7 night all-inclusive holiday for a family of four. The hotel is situated near the beach. It has two outdoor pools with recliners and umbrellas. They also have recliners and umbrellas on the beach. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool.
We arrived at the hotel after 10 p.m., so we missed dinner, but the hotel staff kindly provided us with a selection of sandwiches, cakes and drinks.
The staff are fantastic, they are so accommodating. From the staff on reception to the cleaners, everyone tends to go above and beyond to make your holiday an enjoyable experience. I have no complaints at all, just pure appreciation for the service that they provided. The food and drinks are great with plenty of choices.
Our return flight was scheduled for 10:15 p.m., and we had to checkout by 12 p.m. but the staff kindly allowed us to stay on the premises until 6:30 p.m., with full access to the facilities and restaurants. They even arranged a temporary room for us to get showered and changed before we departed. I simply can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paphos.
Very nice hotel with great stuff, food and beach access.
The tiles in the bathroom could need a deep clean or could need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect.
We stayed here in July. Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We were so happy with our room and the level of service from the staff. The hotel has a certain charm, the facilities are great and the food is fantastic. It’s very family friendly. It was my husbands birthday one of the days during our stay and they surprised us by decorating the room and spoiled us even more with champagne and cake. We loved it, my husband felt so spoiled and looked after. Couldn’t thank them enough.
