Lovely house, very adequate, quite setting within 15 mins walking distance to harbour, beach, restaurants and 20/25 minutes to Mall and large supermarket but local buses can be caught to two bus station depending were your going, we did Coral Bay, old town and Polis by local bus and we also did open top sight seeing bus, very enjoyable and would return
Good location with shops and a restaurant nearby and a reasonably short walk to the harbour. Pool area was lovely and the apartment just as described. Great base to explore Paphos and the surrounding area.
Had a wonderful stay, beautiful apartment and pool, everything you need, and a bonus dishwasher and washing machine, lovely welcome fruit, wine and water, great communication with owners, aircon and fans in all rooms. Just perfect, highly recommend

What a wonderful property, everything you could want. The complex is quiet, has a wonderful outside pool in a lovely garden area.The kitchen has everything you need, there is a large eating area and ample room to relax. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable.Bathroom again superb.Outdoor area is well kept, quiet and relaxing. Th property is a short walk (as long as you do not use Google maps) from restaurants, beach etc. There is also a local restaurant only a few minutes away which is absolutely fantastic. Dare anyone to order the large full English breakfast and finish it.We have already booked to go back next year.
We stayed here in the week leading up to our wedding - very central, walking distance to shops, harbour and beach. Great location to be able to meet up with wedding guests nearby. We hired a car to get to places further out, parking space with the townhouse. I don’t think the photos do the space justice, it’s larger than I thought inside. The outside space gets the sun the whole day, the dishwasher was a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay and just booked again for next year!!
The house is 100% as described in offer. Very nice and clean house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We had a rental car – which is not necessary but makes things easier. House was very clean and is equipped with everything you need. Restaurants are in walking distance and a small supermarket. Communication with the owner was excellent – right from the first contact until the end of our stay. We can absolutely recommend this townhouse and may come back.
Had a great stay, the house had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. David the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us good instructions on everything you need to know and how to find the house. there is drive to park a car in if you hire one so no problems parking. the house has good comfortable beds, settees and is well equipped, the water supply is boosted so you can have a decent shower and there is always plenty of hot water. For us the harbour was about a 25 minute stroll but there is lots of other bars and restaurants with in 15 to 20 minute walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Ping’s Paradise. A family of four would have plenty of space here. Everything was clean and tidy. A short walk down to the harbour area for bars and restaurants with a few on the way if your thirst gets the better of you.
The pool area which was about 200 steps from the Villa was beautiful. The surrounding shrubs made the pool area very private. You never felt that people in the properties were looking out on you. The pool was still very clean even though we were late in the season.
Suzi was an unexpected added bonus at the Villa.

Few steps from the beautiful pool which was very peaceful and quiet and not many people around it despite it being the end of August-bonus!
Not much around the house itself, a lovely restaurant called Pambi’s and a couple of shops/supermarkets.
We had a car so made no difference to us. We loved Pambi’s and visited quite a few times during the week.
Overall this was a really good find and would I stay there again? I probably would because there were so many positives however, I do like to give honest reviews and my only issue which of course would be seasonal is that the Air con is on a 2 hour timer and in August with 31+ degree heat, this was a little frustrating overnight as we were woken by the heat every 2.5 hours to get up and switch the air con back on so we were quite tired because of the weeks worth of hot, broken sleep.
I imagine outside of peak summer season, the ceiling and stand up fans would be enough to get through the night once the air con turns itself out but they didn’t cut it in August Im afraid.
Other than that, I cannot fault this whatsoever!

Very good town house. Very clean, well equipped. Beds very comfy and shower very good with good water pressure. Nice communal pool and good location for short walk into Harbour area. We had a very nice time here and would book again.
This villa is in an excellent position catching the sun all day.Bedrooms open on to a verandah which was very pleasant morning and evening. Other times we sat on the patio.Villa was clean and well equiped for cooking and there is a farm supermarket very near where most things can be found.The host dealt with questions and slight problem we had very quickly.Within walking distance to promenade, harbour and also a chemist and gym.Would definately recommend.

We have just finished a wonderful 10 night holiday and are sad to be leaving. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, our children are 12 and 14. The location is ideal, a short stroll to the harbour and restaurants. There are two supermarkets two minutes up the road and a great takeaway and restaurant on the same road. All in all everything that you need for a great holiday. We will definitely be back.
A lovely, roomy town house on a great site yet within walking distance of Paphos harbour and Paphos Old Town. There is a well stocked mini market close by and a restaurant.
Both bedrooms are roomy with direct access to a large balcony, perfect for a morning cup of tea.
There is air conditioning throughout but the units are on a timer, the maximum being 3 hours so the downside is having to reset it during the night.
The kitchen has good, clean appliances but is a bit short on oven dishes etc if you want to do some cooking.
We booked for 11 nights but no additional bedding had been left for us. I would think it reasonable to expect a change of bed linen for that length of stay. We had to dig around to find more which was a task needing the use of step ladders.
We felt the garden was relatively private even though there is a footpath next to it (but it was rarely used) and the garden aspect gets sunshine all day. The garden is well resourced with a dining table, chairs, parasol and several sunbeds.
The house does back on to a busy road which can be very noisy, especially at night, a potential problem if you have young children trying to sleep. This however didn't bother us.
I gave the property 3 stars for cleanliness. Just to be clear, the property was clean but my score was based on the fact that there were very few cleaning products left for us to keep the bathrooms, toilets and kitchen clean , not even a dish cloth had been provided. Tea towels, though clean, were old and stained.
We had initial problems with the TV but after a quick phone call, Rob, the property manager, came the same day to sort the problem .
There was very, very little to be negative about and in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to return.

Lovely townhouse in great location, only ten minutes to numerous bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to the harbour. Very well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The complex and gardens are well maintained with a great spacious pool area. Rob and Tracy are very friendly and easily contactable for any questions.

The property need some TLC
Firstly Rob & Tracy were brilliant, The downstairs floors especially the kitchen need a good deep clean, the bathroom needs updating, security was an issue we were broken into while we were out , through the kitchen window which doesn’t have shutters, the other shutters need attention they cannot be locked properly, the locking pins on some of the sliding doors and windows are ineffective, we had a infestation of millipedes,it was nothing to find 15-20 every night, which came in through any tiny hole mostly around the architraves, the strips around the kitchen worktops where ineffective allowing bugs entry, The tv was a nightmare and when we found a channel the signal would just disappear, very frustrating, we used the property last year and I mentioned that the shower head fell apart when the spray nozzle was adjusted, nothing was done about because it was exactly the same this year. If you want customers to return you need to take note of their comments!
