Ice holiday at The Winning Post Villa

Hi , we stayed for 10 days at The Winning post villa near Coral Bay. The house was perfect for us, it was quiet, clean & comfortable. Robin the caretaker was very friendly & helpful, and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely come & stay again when we get the opportunity. Many thanks 🙏 Jay

Great villa

We just got back from our stay at The Winning Post. It is a great, spacious villa, with a gorgeous view over the sea, that displayed amazing sunsets. The villa was easy to find, clean and well presented. The beds were nice and comfortable, with extra quilts etc available if needed. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc. The pool area is well equipped with seats, sunbeds and a table and chairs. The barbecue was great to use and easy to get going with the charcoal starter chimney. The villa is situated a shirt drive from Coral Bay and an 18 minute walked to the Edro III wreck and the taverns nearby to there. The only negative points - the pool area could do with better lighting on an evening. When using the barbecue, I had to use my mobile phone torch, as I couldn't see it properly. The pool lining is tired and needs replacing. There were mop heads in the cupboard above the cooker, but no mop handle to be seen. So despite vacuuming up regularly, the floors became a little messy. All in all, it was a great stay for my family and I, and we definitely recommend The Winning Post. We'd definitely use the villa again in future. Thank you.

Beautiful, quiet lovely Villa with a clean pool. Great for families

Great communication before the flight out. Clean villa with everything you need. Even had some essentials left, jam, butter, coffee & bread. Beds were comfy, rooms spacious. We are a family of 2 adults a teenager & 2 children, all loved the rooms and especially the pool. It was lovely & clean. The kids loved the outdoor shower. There were plenty of seats indoors & outdoors. Air con worked well, bathrooms clean & no funny smells. Hairdryer & hangers were available which my teenager was pleased about. WiFi was good too & we watched films on phones. The tv we couldn’t work but the kids did play on the wii. We would love to go back and will recommend to friends. It was a lovely quiet area which came as a blessing as we needed a stress free calm holiday.

Great villa in a quiet area

The Winning Post is lovely. Exactly as described, with our requests for a travel cot sorted without any problem at all. We were really pleased with it, and it made our stay perfect. We will be looking to return to the Winning Post without a doubt. Quiet, calm and secluded location. A little out of the way, and most restaurants and shops are too far to walk (taxi's readily available, or a hire car if preferred). Cyprus is the perfect holiday destination, with great weather, beautiful scenery, incredibly friendly people and good food and drink. Coral Bay is lovely, with some great restaurants, shops and plenty of tourist attractions available to book from there. Excellent agent service, all emails were answered quickly, and the service went above and beyond what we have received from other holiday letting agents in the past. Very satisfied with Hannah the local manager who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and were able to check out slightly later, to avoid spending too much time in the airport with our 3 month old baby. Certainly, with a young family this villa is the perfect holiday.
