Venture upstairs to the heart of the home, a bright and airy open-plan living space that invites connection and calm. In the lounge area, a plush blue corner sofa and twin bright yellow armchairs offer a splash of colour and comfort, all centred around a large wall-mounted TV for laid-back movie nights. The modern kitchen is superbly equipped for everything from morning coffees to indulgent dinners, complete with high-quality appliances and a large breakfast come dining bar with stools, ideal for casual dining and lively conversation. Glass doors lead out to a vast, sun-soaked patio, a true outdoor sanctuary. Just a short walk from the sweeping sands and sheltered dunes of Par or Spit beaches, and only metres from the scenic Southwest Coast Path, you’re perfectly placed for seaside adventures. Wander further and you’ll find the historic harbour of Charlestown, famed for its tall ships and period drama settings, along with the idyllic beaches of Polkerris, Porthpean and Carlyon Bay. The majestic Eden Project is just a short drive away, offering a surreal rainforest experience beneath its iconic biomes, while the lush, flower-filled Lost Gardens of Heligan beckon with their timeless magic.
