Cute little apartment

Perfect size for two people. Very clean and quiet. Parking is right outside the unit and guest parking is not that far away. We would stay there again.

Paradise found

Perfect for my wife and I as well as our dog. Super clean and roomy. Great bed. Great shower. Great location away from all the rebuilding and road work in and around town. Would definitely stay there again.

Stay at The Modoc

We are very impressed with the entire process, reservation, checking and checking out. The location Is dramatic, the “camp fire” aftermath is noted by area damaged by the fire. Very sad. But we noted rebuilding the community is happening in small stages.

Lovely, clean and great price for this unit!

Very comfortable unit with a great mattress. Clean and well appointed. My only suggestions would be a throw blanket and lamps for the living room. Orta little difficult to relax or watch TV with only the bright overhead lights. Otherwise, a perfect, well priced place for a couple or a single traveler. Highly recommend.

Location misleading

I picked this property using the VRBO app, as the closest location to where I was visiting. It said around 12 miles then after arriving at my location i was visiting i opened the app and the location changed to an hour away. The local person told me that the location was only around 12 miles but in order to get there we had to drive around the lake and it took an hour. VERY Disappointed, especially as we passed a number of hotels on the way to this location.
