Muito boa a localização
O estacionamento é muito bom e é na rua de baixo e essa informação só é dada no checkin com o carro parado na frente do hotel, onde é proibído estacionar. Checkin rápido e checkout express muito bons. O quarto que ficamos era muito pequeno e o banheiro parecia com os de navio. Café da manhã excelente e com muito bom atendimento. A localização é ótima, deixamos o carro o tempo todo no estacionamento e só andamos a pé, fica tudo ali perto.

Die Lage, die Einrichtung, alles was man haben sollte. An der Bar sollten Sie mehr alkoholische Getränke anbieten, die Auswahl ist wirklich gering, z.B. keine Grappa im Tessin! oder kein Brändy (es hat so viele aus Italien!

Eine Nacht auf der Rückreise von Italien verbracht. Zimmer relativ gross mit einer kleinen Badezimmer-Kapsel. Die Ausstattung mit Teppich, die relativ viele Flecken aufwiesen, bin ich mir von anderen Ibis-Hotels nicht gewohnt.

OK stay nothing special
The hotel is very basic. I stayed for two nights and liked that the area is very quiet so I got a good nights sleep there. The room is very basic and only has one single plug far away from everything - so not possible to have your cell phone charging by your bed - also, not even possible to borrow an extension cord from the reception, which would have made my stay here more enjoyable. The breakfast is nothing special: only Apples and kiwis for fruit selection. Wished there would be other vegan options. Or at least a larger selection of fruits. The staff was friendly. Liked the location and the walk to Lugano.

Geht so aber tolle Lage
Sauberes Hotel und sehr gute Lage Toilette kommt man sich vor als es eine toi toi Toilette ist. Ist zwar sauber aber sehr eng und aus Plastik/Kunststoff. Lange Wartezeit am check in/out. Nicht so freundliches Personal (hab schon etliche bessere und freundliche Hotelpersonal gehabt) Morgenbufet langes anstehen und nur eine Kaffemaschine. Auswahl ok! Kommt mir vor dass sie nicht gewappnet sind mit Kunden und auch kundenansturm aber nur mit einen respektive 2 schalter und personal

Schöne Zeit über Silvester / Neujahr
Wir waren über Silvester / Neujahr im Ibis Lugano. Hat einfach alles gepasst. Check-In war sehr schnell, und das Frühstück Buffet sehr gut. Mit vorab vereinbarten Frühstücks Zeiten konnte das Schutzkonzept sehr gut umgesetzt werden.
