Charming villa with AC in Alpilles

Summary:
Charming Provençal farmhouse with a beautiful wooded garden overlooking a relaxing swimming pool area, with a plancha area and fireplace at the back. A small, completely independent Mazet completes this property.

The Space:
This peaceful setting, comprised of a 160 m² main farmhouse and a small 65 m² cottage, offers an ideal stay for the whole family or friends, accommodating up to 10 people or fewer.
A 5-minute walk from the pretty village and the famous Paradou bistro, this farmhouse offers two independent accommodations:
The farmhouse, with two suites and two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, and a poolside lounge, and the outbuilding, with a bedroom, shower room, living room, and kitchen, opens onto a small connecting garden.
The main villa is built of brick, making it cool in summer. Air conditioning is also available in both dwellings for added comfort.
The decor is tasteful, with quality bed linen and towels.
The kitchen is very well-equipped with beautiful tableware for entertaining if needed.
A Dutch bicycle is available for use by an adult only, to pick up bread and croissants early in the morning.

Access to the entire villa and its outbuilding

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood, 300 meters from hiking trails and a 5-minute walk from the village center and the Paradou bistro.
The villa is not overlooked, but has quiet neighbors, making it not isolated.
Good neighborly relations.

Getting Around:
You can walk to the city center and hiking trails.
You can rent a bike from the Paradou rental shop.
I'm lending my Dutch bike to an adult only for hiking. Please take care of it.

Other Things to Note:
The accommodation consists of two villas.
A main villa with its own terrace and arbor overlooking the garden and pool, and a separate two-person cottage separated from the main villa by a hedge.
The pool measures 7 x 3 m, making it ideal for relaxation and refreshment.
Children's games, jumping, diving, and toys are not suitable for this pool.
A shared parking area for both houses can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.

Interaction with Guests:
I will often be present when tenants arrive and will be available during their stay.
