The apartment which spreads over two level features an open plan living room and dining area with comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV, hi-fi system and board games and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and offers all modern appliances. The master bedroom is spacious with a large double bed, the second and the third bedrooms offer two single beds each bed. The family bathroom has a shower enclosure and WC.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the apartment, and more local is the smaller town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are less than three minutes drive away. Within 15 minutes walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
Within just 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant and a bit further down the road Aigialos Fish Restaurant and ofcourse on your doorstep is one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay.
