"Je réserve ce logement pour une étape entre la Haute-Savoie et la Bretagne, car nous voyageons avec notre fille de 2 ans et que 11h de route c’est long. Donc faire le voyage en 2 fois c’est plus confortable.
Je n’ai aucun contact avec l’hôte jusqu’à ce que j’envoie moi-même un message 2h avant d’arriver. Là à ma grande surprime, je reçois un appel m’informant que nous ne pourrons pas avoir le logement ce soir car l’hôte a mal géré sa réservation et a loué la même nuit deux fois.
