“Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cet hôtel ! Endroit magnifique et paisible. Une piscine superbe , un personnel aux petits soins et très souriant . Mention spéciale pour les personnes en charge du petit déjeuner, un moment de qualité avec des produits excellents . Si nous devions regretter quelques petites choses, ce serait l'absence de la restauration qui d'après ce que nous avions vu sur le site était de qualité , visiblement des changements ont eu lieu donc plus de restaurant, dommage .……

“All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests.”

“Superb location on bay with harbour full of expensive boats. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Room was modernised to very high standard. Inexpensive parking at nearby underground car parks. ”

“The location was perfect, and the room was comfortable. The A/C worked well. However, we didn’t see much of the staff. Even on the last day, when we asked for assistance, someone was supposed to be there, but we didn’t see anyone.”

“Very clean. Great view on the port. Nice little balcony. The winter room price was reasonable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Indoor pool listed as an amenity but it was going to cost €20 per person extra for 4 hours per day. The parking garage is also extra and it is a very tight squeeze and an unpleasant space. ”

“Het is een budget hotel dus mag je er niet teveel van verwachten. Ontbijt was OK. Kamer is klein. Parkeren bij het hotel was mogelijk, maar kom niet te laat, want dan staat de parkeerplaats vol met busjes van werklui die ook in het hotel verblijven. Het hotel ligt in een gebied met bedrijven, er is niets bijzonders omheen. OK voor één nacht op doorreis maar zou een volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen.”

“I never got my room because of a Gas Leak, when I booked 4 rooms in Febuary the charged me for the 4 rooms. After our stay. The Hotel made a 2nd charge of 3 rooms on June 8 another $1514.69 CAD, total fraud and my Credit card are aware”

“Für den Preis ganz okay aber ich erwarte eigentlich schon das man zumindest saubere Handtücher und einen Fön bekommt das gab es beides nicht täglich und man musste den Türcode dreimal eingeben bis die Tür aufging am Zimmer”
