Villa Laurier-Rose is a warm house, designed to accommodate up to 16 people, ideal for holidays with family, friends, or to get together with several generations in a natural and peaceful setting.
As soon as you arrive, you enter an atmosphere of calm and relaxation the house is located in a one-way street that leads directly to the lake of Parentis, making the comings and goings pleasant, safe, and very convenient if you like to get around on foot or by bike the cycle path that runs along this street passes right in front of the house, allowing you to explore the area without even starting the car.
A terrace perfect for alfresco dining, a private swimming pool where everyone will find their place to cool off and enjoy the sun, a trampoline that will delight the children, and a petanque court where you can share joyful moments over a drink.

Lake Parentis, a true natural gem, can be reached in 5 minutes by car, or 8 minutes by bike by simply following the cycle path in front of the house which leads directly to it, you can swim, practice water activities, walk or settle down for a picnic in front of the water it is particularly suitable for families with children, with quiet and supervised beaches.
And if you like the ocean, the Landes beaches are very close Biscarrosse Plage is 20 minutes away, Mimizan is 30 minutes away, and the majestic Dune du Pilat is 36 minutes away by car, you can vary the pleasures between the peaceful lake and the waves of the Atlantic, hiking in the dunes, walks by the sea, surfing, and lazing in the sun.
