「Personale al check in strafottente e menefreghista..se si presenta un problema non Fanno nulla per aiutarti a risolverlo..personalmente ho rimesso i soldi della prenotazione fatta con carta prepagata e al check in volevano solo carta di credito .. volevo dare cauzione con bancomat o contanti.. nulla..sono dovuta andare in un altro albergo.. pessime persone 」

「Our stay was great. We did a remote check in which was easy to follow and the hotel manager assisted us with the process. The room was a good size and we really liked the complimentary water and coffee. When planning the next phase of our trip, they were really helpful with giving us advice of where to go and prices for ferries to the Amalfi. Overall it was a great place to stay in Naples 」

「今年4月才开的，位于一栋建筑内，这栋建筑特别有意思，类似中国的天井。酒店设施非常新，设备也现代化，有电梯上楼，早餐也很棒，总共4个套房，各自一个主题命名。有两个套房可合并作为大套房，本次有幸入住，很大 空高也非常高和装修相得益彰，分别都有小阳台。要过两道大门（大门很有意思）也安全，门卡和钥匙相结合。位于那不勒斯火车站步行15-20分钟路程的位置，建筑身后不远处就是逛街区域，很方便也很好找，我们是晚上抵达，提前联系了房东了解了信息，反馈很迅速且信息也很全面，从机场打车也很好找。照了房间美丽的照片暂时无法分享很遗憾，图片没有实物美。」

「We stayed here for one night on our way to the airport after a week on the Amalfi Coast. It is an excellent base to explore the historic heart of Napoli, set as it is on the 4th floor of an old building in the gritty Centro Storico. The accommodation is a welcome surprise and the welcome from Chiara was warm and informative. She organised a transfer to the airport for us the next morning which worked well. As our stay was short we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy breakfast or to use the sauna...

「Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre de bonne taille, très propre, avec petit frigo, nespresso, théière, coffre-fort. Petit bureau. Chambre sur cour, très tranquille. Nous avons pu laisser notre valise quelques heures après le check-out, merci beaucoup, cela nous a vraiment été utile. Dans l’ensemble, très très très positif. Le seul point négatif serait le petit déjeuner pris au café en bas comprenant une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie, vraiment très juste. 」

「近火車站很方便，不用乘車，四處走靠兩腿走遍拿坡里，唯一住宿不太理想，床褥凹，水壺有奶味，預早通知遲報到，過晚上九時另額外加收費用，訂很多次酒店或民宿，第一次遇此情況加收費用，他應在網上註明清楚才令人服理，只能有口難言，因已訂和遲報到（差不多晚上十時到），由他任收費，沒辦法，由他割。」

「Wir waren zu zweit für fünf Tage in der Unterkunft. Der Besitzer hat uns freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wer fit auf den Beinen ist kann sich den Transfer sparen und die Unterkunft fußläufig innerhalb von einer Stunde erreichen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und hat von der Ausstattung völlig ausgereicht.」

「View is very nice. The room is perfect. But the traffic made a lot of noise, you can hear that until very late time. Especially the honk from cars. 」
